Chapter 533 The Power Of Fused Sword Intent (Part One)

"I see that you are in a big hurry. I like that rush from you. Fine, I'll let you go now. Just rememberwhat I have taught you and try to exit the Starry Tower as early as possible. It is all on you soon!"With his eyes fixed seriously on Darren, Mathew gave a warm and understanding smile as hisresponse. After this, he used his arcane skill, passed on to him by his master, to open the entranceto the third floor of the Starry Tower, making way for Darren.

"Right, Mr. Xiao. Thank you, and by the way, do you have any idea about what is happening in theoutside world? I assume that, now that you have resurrected, that you can try and stop thosemutants from advancing on their riot?" With that being asked, Darren suddenly realized thatMathew's current strength could easily wipe out all the mutants, every last one of them, with asingle slash of his sword. If Mathew could intervene and go against those mutants, then there wouldbe no need for him to get in the Starry Tower.

"Of course, I know exactly what is going on in the outside world, but I am afraid my soul and mybody do not match well enough just yet. So I could not get out of the Starry Tower in theforeseeable future, which means that I am unable to help you with that. Sorry, but I just couldn'thelp you by now. But let me assure you that if you can walk out of the Starry Tower successfully, youhave a great chance at beating the most potent being of those species, which may just push themback where they came from,” exclaimed Mathew with a forlorn look on his face.

"I see. Well, if that is the case, it leaves me with no choice. I have to go in. See you, Mr. Xiao!"

As he was about to leave, Darren felt it a shame that Mathew could not come out of the StarryTower yet. Anyhow, he cupped his hand to salute Mathew and then took off from the first floor andlanded directly on the third.

Arriving at the third floor, Darren found himself standing in a boundless open field, where the onlyvisible colors were red, blue, and cyan, as if those were the single three colors existed in this world.The mountains, water, flowers, and grass, and even the animals were all of these colors with noexception. After using his spiritual sense for a little probe, Darren immediately found out that thesethree colors represented the rules of fire, ice, and thunder, respectively.

"Come on out, little girl!"

Darren shouted at the distanced area with all his strength, intending to summon the female figurethat he had an encounter with at the lake.

While he was anticipating the figure to appear, Darren was certain that the shadow that appearedbefore him on the big lake was the guardian of the third floor. Furthermore, Darren was aware thatthe shadow possessed the three kinds of sword intents of ice, fire, and thunder.

Soon enough, while Darren was lost in his reverie, a sword intent with a burning red color shotstraight from afar.

"Ha-ha, now the party has started. Take my flame sword intent!" bellowed Darren as he launched acounter-attack.

Pulling his strength, Darren smiled lightly, and he drew his sword. A sword intent that carried thepower of blazing fire struck out and came straight for that sword intent of fire blasted away by hisopponent.

"Shit! Her power is still much more powerful than mine!"

His opponent's fire sword intent entirely shredded the flame sword intent from Darren, so Darrenhad no choice but to take cover and get out of the way of the blast radius of the opponent's swordintent.

"Ha-ha, freak. I see that you came after alll However, with such puny sword intent, I suggest thatyou might as well surrender now, saving yourself from the unnecessary torture and pain. If only youdecide to stay forever on the third floor and take heed to my instructions, I may just considersparing your life. Yet, you are such a hard-headed kid, so it is your call now!"

With a sneering sound, a beautiful woman appeared out of nowhere and stopped in front of Darren."I see that you are young, but you sure have a big mouth. Be careful as it will not end well if you bitemore than you can chew," keeping his guard up, Darren responded, with a calm yet indifferent face.Indeed, the woman in front of him looked only fifteen or sixteen years old, and she was extremelygorgeous. Nevertheless, her look at Darren showed clearly how much she looked down on him asshe held herself in very high regard.

"What makes you say that I am really young? Appearances could be deceiving. For your information,with my cultivation base, I could retain my youthful look even if I am actually a thousand years old.Don't take me too lightly, or you are the one who will pay dearly," teased the girl.

"Come on! If you really are older, you would not be talking with such naivety like this. I am confidentin my judgment.”

The reason for Darren's confidence was not utterly groundless as he had checked her bone age withhis Spirit Power earlier and found out that she was actually only sixteen years old.

This was quite odd for Darren as he could not wrap his head around why a sixteen-year-old girlcould be hailed as a guardian in the Starry Tower. In his imagination, this post usually was held bysomeone with much more experience and talent, and there was no way for a sixteen-year-old girl toperform this function well. Moreover, the lake where many Sword Type Creatures lived had beenthere since the beginning of time, which was definitely older than her.

"Bullshit! I am most certainly not naive! You are the child-like one! You were lucky earlier when wemet at the lake that I could not make a move on you outside the Starry Tower. Now that you arehere on your own, you shall feel the full power and wrath of mine!" With that being said, she madeher assault and came straight for Darren.

The girl drew out a purple sword and ice, fire and thunder sword intents were going wild in theirvicinity. The aura that exuded out from her at the outrage of such intents was so intense andoverpowering.

'She is indeed very powerful!" thought the young warrior. The moment the intents were unleashedfrom her sword, Darren was shocked. The reason was that the power that she had upon all threesword intents were at the premium stage, which was especially impressive as she was only sixteenyears old.

However, there was one fatal flaw Darren presumed he could take advantage of, which was the factthat her cultivation base was not that high, considering that she had not even made it to the GrandRealm.

Similarly, Darren, who also had not made it to the Grand Realm, could unleash the power that wasequal to that of a four-star grand warrior. In that way, he was more than confident that he couldtake on the stalwart girl.

"How could it be? You're not even at the level of the Grand Realm. How could you have such astrong power of domain?" the girl murmured to herself as she was genuinely surprised by thedomain power that Darren had demonstrated.
