Darren stood in the midair within the space filled with purple fog.

A high-pitched scream

from the distance pierced through Darren's ear.

The very next moment, a figure of a huge mouse walked straight up to Darren emerging from thepurple-black mist covering the whole space.

The huge mouse walked up to Darren without uttering a word to respond. The noise of the heavyfootsteps of the mouse soon replaced an awkward silence.

Darren scanned him up and down carefully. The huge mouse could walk upright and had muscles allover his body. He was much bigger than Darren had seen in the image presented by Anna. He wasprobably thirty feet in height.

"Did I scare you this much that you are sobbing?" Darren made fun of him because he found tearsrolled down his cheeks from his tiny eyes.

"Forgive me for being super excited. God, thank you for sending this delicious food to me. Thankyou for quenching my appetite!

But, wait for a second you are just too weak, leaving me no opportunity to show off my powers. Thisis not entertaining enough.”

The demon wiped his tears away using his claw. After he removed his claw, his grisly face appearedclear to Darren.

A mighty aura was released from the demon at the same moment. Grinning at Darren, it wasapparent that he wanted to finish the young warrior once and for all.

"Humph, I will just use you to test my new skills now!"

Darren's mighty blade and sword intents blasted instantly, devising myriad of shadows of blade andsword surrounding him.

The figures of the demon and Darren appeared and disappeared frequently, while they foughtrelentlessly.

They sometimes battled with each other for a few seconds.

"You are fast, but not enough!"

The demon sped up all of a sudden and his purple-black figure appeared everywhere with tenthousand feet. Even if Darren used the Teleportation Skill for several times, he could not make it outof the demons attacking range.

The whole fourth floor was vibrating with terror.

The thick layer of smokes and dusts spread out wide.

Even though she was a guardian, Anna could not detect what was exactly happening. However, shecould sense scary blade and sword intents blasted all of a sudden, making her both surprised andjoyful. She was proud of Darren too now.

"Why do his auras of the blade and the sword intents elevate a lot again all of a sudden?” Annaexclaimed in bewilderment.

The fourth floor was now a chaotic battlefield, roar and crash of metal strike mixed together echoedthroughout the space. It meant Darren was fighting fiercely with the demon. Out of Anna'simagination, Darren had not been killed quickly.

Four hours had passed by now.

"Such powerful weapons.” In the thick fog, the demon was out of breath and gross liquid drippedout of his mouth to the ground. It was his purple-black blood.

On the contrary, Darren was just slightly disheveled, but his breath was steady. The blade and swordholding in his hands were different from what they looked before. Vintage dragon pattern wasengraved on their surfaces and they were covered by light golden halo.

"No wonder you are divine weapons. Because of you, I am way much stronger now!"
