Chapter 711 Aaron Took Action (Part One)

After Ramon dashed over the battle arena, Edward moved beside Darren and his friend. He wasanxious for the safety of the injured people and quickly dragged them away from the battlefield.The only thing he could do at that time was to release the Holy Will to protect them.

He shot a glance at the people resting on the ground. "Darren, are you all right?" Edward croucheddown and used his hand to provide more spiritual energy to Darren. The power slowly startedflashing over the wounds only to penetrate deep in the body. It started healing Darren's injuries,making the latter feel refreshed.

Darren had already transferred back to his human body, and his face was deathly pale. Thankfully,his injury wasn't fatal any longer.

As for the Water Kylin, he had been knocked out by the thunder and lightning and hadn't woken upyet.

"I'm fine. Thank you for the rescue, sir.” Darren nodded.

When red scars on Darren's body started to vanish, the shoulders of the law enforcer relaxed, andhe looked over at the Water Kylin. Before he could do anything, Darren's hand slipped over thelifeless body only to mobilize a low level of Life Rule.

Darren waited for a long time, and when nothing happened, his eyebrows furrowed. Why couldn'this Life Rule fix the damage caused by the thunder and lightning to the Water Kylin?

Edward's expressions changed when he observed Darren using Life Rule to heal the Water Kylin."This is the damage from the natural thunder and lightning. You won't be able to heal his woundssince your Life Rule is of a low level. It is even impossible for a person with higher level of Life TrueRule to attempt to heal the wounds.”

"Why is that?" Darren shot a curious glanced at the number three law enforcer.

The law enforcer shook his head. "I can't tell. There are many rules between the heaven and theearth that are divided into different grades. According to my presumptions, Life Rule and ThunderRule are of the same rank, so it is probably impossible to use low-level Life Rule to heal a lightninginjury.” Edward had easily perceived Darren's Life Rule level and thought it would be best if thelatter wouldn't use such a skill recklessly.

Darren nodded silently and shot a lingering gaze at the Water Kylin. If he couldn't apply the LifeRule, what else was there for him to use for saving his friend? He sighed in desperation and slippeda hopeful glance at the law enforcer. "Sir, please help to save my buddy."

"Let me have a try." The law enforcer shifted toward the Water Kylin. His hands hovered over theunconscious body, and he started exerting vast quantity of spiritual energy into it.

"The spiritual energy can provide natural healing and has effects to some extent, but it can only helpin recovering at a slow pace.” Edward continued his work with full focus.

On the other side, the number two law enforcer and Ulin were still engaged in a fierce battle.Ramon dodged an attack and quickly threw another one without giving another chance to Ulin.Unfortunately, who knew Ulin would be too cunning? One after another, attacks kept firing onRamon, giving the law enforcer no choice but to defend his body. After an exhausting fight thatcontinued for half an hour, the law enforcer was indeed injured.

Both Darren and Edward cast concerned looks at them.

Ramon's spear continuously hit and stabbed, but it was always difficult for him to break through thelights from the metal jar.

When Ulin saw unsuccessful attempts of the number two law enforcer, he let out a deep chuckle."You are too weak to be a law enforcer. Aren't you ashamed of yourself?" His mouth curved up toform a mocking smile.

In the next moment, the eighteen black vortexes around the metal jar began to surge crazily.

The eighteen black vortexes escaped from the metal jar and spiraled in the void. The space keptcollapsing, and the black cracks were unexpectedly integrated into the vortex.

Every vortex was like a world that had collapsed. The void started to shake violently, and it seemedto eat everything alive.

"I didn't know that this devil could be so powerful. Hide away, Darren. I must go help Ramon."Edward frowned. The atmosphere seemed tense.

"Okay. Be careful, sir." Darren nodded and walked further away from the battlefield with the WaterKylin.

On the side of the battlefield, the three strands of Holy Will burst out thoroughly. The brilliant lightshined and covered the whole sky.

When Darren continued to watch the scene, his surprise only grew. "It's hard to believe that thegolden-armored law enforcers are not at the seven-star Grand Realm, but is actually a real inferiorholy warrior."

He had thought that the first-rate law enforcers were merely near the inferior holy warrior withoutusing Holy Will. But he was wrong about that because the first-rate law enforcers were actuallymasters of the Holy Realm.

The sky continued to crack as if someone had decided to tear it apart from the void. Multiplecolored lights shone out of the emerging cracks that seemed beautiful and terrifying at the sametime. It seemed like the world was approaching its end.

The battle had lasted for a few hours before it ended.

Darren was continually watching the entire episode from afar. Once he noticed that the light fadedaway, he shot a spiritual sense to probe the whole place. The two law enforcers, who had beeninjured, were surrounded by eighteen black vortexes, and they eventually were swallowed.

"Ah!"

A heart wrenching howl came.

Darren could see a bloody body shooting through the sky and finally went landed on the ground.Without delaying a second, another bloody body was knocked down heavily by the impact and felldown beside Darren.

Darren jumped and looked at the injured body with mouth opened ajar. "Damn it!"

The law enforcer groaned and moved on the ground. His entire body was drowning in the intensityof unlimited pain because of injury. Like a peeled creature, he got to his feet, and took his spearwhich was lying beside him on the ground.
