Chapter 738 Traveling Across The Space Turbulent Flows
"Really?" Elsa grinned.
"Well, we still have a purple-crystal cabin to be fixed to the ship, which happens to have the abilityto accommodate one person,” the disciple explained in a calm tone.
That made Elsa excited to death. "Great! Let's go!" Elsa clapped her hands together.
"You look so happy.” Lord Donald smiled faintly and turned to the other man standing beside Elsa."Darren, you must be careful when you go there. The space turbulent flows are very dangerous, andyou may come across marauding bandits at any time."
"Got it. Let's go."
Darren knew that Nate must have been out of patience. After all, the members of his clan had beendead for many days.
Darren didn't say anything and followed the disciple to a purely white space, where a purple shipstood in a serene environment.
They stepped on the purple-crystal ship after the disciple narrated the rules.
"Darren, I will stay in this small cabin, and you and Miss Elsa will stay in the boat.” Nate entered thecabin and popped his head out only to speak in a gentle tone.
Darren's mouth slowly curved up at that, but he didn't say anything. After the disciple finishedsetting the route, they prepared to go.
"Darren, it will take you three years to get there. It can be kind of boring.” The disciple slipped anapologetic smile toward Darren.
Darren waved his hand. "It doesn't matter. Three years is not a long time.” In fact, for Darren, threeyears with Elsa on a boat wouldn't be enough.
"Okay, then I'll start the ship. Have a nice trip.
By the way, I have a small request. If you were to see some purple crystals, please do your best toget some for us. Our purple-crystal ships are not enough.”
"No problem. I'll do it if I have a chance.”
Buzz.
The purple-crystal ship started to quiver, causing the space to ripple. Then the boat submerged in it.In the black space, there were ferocious lightning everywhere, and countless terrifying blackvortexes.
Even though Darren and Elsa were on the boat, they all felt the devastating power that had beenenough to make them tremble.
"The purple-crystal ship is tough. It could even survive the turbulence in such strong space turbulentflows." Darren's eyes lit up when he observed the extreme power the boat they were riding.
"Yes, it's so terrible outside. If we went in the turbulent flow, we would have been torn to pieces.”Elsa was also surprised. All of them continued to travel. The scenery started to change whensomething caught Elsa's eyes. Her eyes stared at the scene, and she started poking Darren."Darren, look!" Elsa pointed at the scene before her eyes. "It's so beautiful. I have never seen suchcolor before.” It was a scene of space showing off a unique scenery mixed with multiple coloredlights.
"Yes, it is." Darren nodded with a smile.
Time flew by. It had already been two and a half years, and they were still drifting away in the spaceturbulent flows.
"Darren! It's so boring!" Elsa hung her shoulders down as she lazily stared at the sky.
Darren rolled his eyes at her and held her hands tightly. "Be patient. We are almost there.”
"Six months are still left. There is nothing else except for space turbulent flows and lightning. It's tooboring." Elsa closed her eyes and leaned her chin on her hands. Her interest was lost because ofboredom.
"Don't you still have me by your side?" Darren swept a mischievous smile on his face and rubbedElsa's arms. In a moment, he pulled her into his arms.
Elsa glared at Darren. "No! Keep your hands off me. Nate is watching us.” She twisted out of hisembrace and squatted a few steps away from him.
A hint of spark flashed in Darren's eyes, and he licked his lips. "Do you mean, had Nate not beenhere over the three years, we would have..."
"Bah, I won't! You shameless guy." Elsa's face went red in an instant, and she hid her cheeks to hideembarrassment.
Boom.
Just then, a huge space windstorm came towards the purple-crystal ship.
In the past, when this happened, the purple-crystal boat would automatically make a detour toavoid the windstorm.
But this time, the purple-crystal ship was flying right towards the storm.
"How come?" Nate, who had been keeping watch, narrowed his eyes at the scene.
Darren and Elsa were also shocked. Elsa subconsciously leaned closer to Darren and gripped hisclothes tightly. Their eyes stared at the storm unblinkingly.
In the space turbulent flows, if the purple-crystal ship was blown apart by the huge windstorm, theywould surely die,
"Darren, what should we do?" Elsa's lower lip quivered when she saw the storm coming closer andcloser. She shrunk more into his arms.
"Don't be afraid.” Darren consoled her and shot a cold gaze at the storm. After a moment, he sentout his spiritual sense to charge forward.
His eyes widened when he felt his spiritual sense extinguishing without any reason. It couldprobably be done by the space turbulent flows before flying over a thousand feet.
Darren didn't let his heart get panicked and quickly released his Spirit Power. This time, his SpiritPower wasn't destroyed, yet it only spread several thousand feet.
Finally, he realized what was wrong with the storm. "There seems to be something in the storm!"Darren turned his head toward Elsa.
"Is there anything in the space windstorm?" Elsa was taken aback. “That something can stay in sucha strong space windstorm? It's creepy, ' she thought.
Gradually, Darren and Elsa were getting closer to the storm.
"We can't go on like this. Our ship is very likely to be destroyed." Darren frowned.
A moment later, Darren looked at Nate. "Nate, I will unfasten the purple-crystal cabin. After youdisengage from the ship, you can still go in the original route.”
Nate stared at Darren and shook his head. "No, Darren. How can I leave alone?"
"Don't be silly. It would be best if you go back earlier. We will come to you after we getreplenished.”
Nate furrowed his eyebrows and didn't talk for a while. He knew Darren was trying to pacify him.Nate knew that no one could survive the space windstorm.
In the end, Nate pressed his lips in a thin line. "Darren, don't let me go. We can die together." Natedidn't want to leave Darren alone. In any case, Nate would be the helping hand.
Darren rubbed his forehead and shot a glance at Nate. "It's not up to you, it's better to have onealive than none.” When the storm got closer, Darren disengaged the purple-crystal cabin out of theship, and the small cabin floated in another direction.
When Nate saw how quickly Darren was able to think of an answer, Nate's mouth hung open."Darren!" Nate knelt down in the cabin, tears streaming down his face.
He was so touched by Darren, who really thought of everything selflessly.
In the eyes of those devilish humans, Nate was nothing more than a lowly beast. But Darren treatedhim like an important friend. Nate didn't know how to repay Darren for what he had done to him.The only way he could do was to kneel down.
The purple-crystal cabin disappeared.
Darren turned around and gave a bitter smile to Elsa. "Elsa, would you be sad, as I didn't let you ridethe purple-crystal cabin?”
Elsa's mouth curved up to form a small smile. "What a stupid question, I know you too well. Eitherwe stay alive or die together. I know we would feel heart-piercing pain if one of us dies. Besides, that purple-crystal cabin could only accommodate one person. I can't get in even if you want me to.I won't leave you at all. No matter what happens, we're a happy couple.”
Elsa smiled brightly, and her beautiful face became even more enchanting.
When Darren heard this, his heart trembled. Elsa ended up saying the exact words that swirled in hisheart.
"Elsa..." Darren brought her closer and kissed her forehead.
Boom.
The purple-crystal ship shook violently in the space. It was like thunder exploding in the boat, whichmade Darren and Elsa feel dizzy.
Just as they thought the worst was gone, Darren's eyes caught something. "What is that?"
When their ship was drawn into the windstorm, Darren looked closely at it.
He saw a huge purple-crystal ship with a width of three kilometers in front of them.
Shoop! Shoop! Shoop!
A group of arrows with individual ropes shot towards Darren's purple-crystal ship. After fasteningthe purple-crystal boat, many black shadows on the huge ship began to pull the ropes.
"I see. It was these creatures on the big ship that deviated our boat from the original route," Darrenunderstood at once and said to Elsa. Elsa frowned at the scene.
"Are these the bandits that Lord Donald mentioned before we set out?"
Darren narrowed his eyes and stayed silent for a moment. "I suppose so. If it is a real spacewindstorm, we will surely die. That's good. At least we won't die at once.” Darren's tensed faceslightly relaxed, seeing that he could replace time to have an escape.
“Yay, yay!"
The creatures on the huge ship began to roar, preparing to collect their spoils.
Even though Darren could stay calm in such a situation, Elsa couldn't help but be worried. "Butthose creatures must be not easy to deal with since they could have such a large purple-crystal shipand roam in the space turbulent flows.” She threw a concerned gaze at him.
"Let's get to know more about the situation first and don't fight in the first place,” Darren noddedand said.
Soon, Darren and Elsa's purple-crystal ship was already close to the giant ship. The creatures on theboat then pulled them up.
