Darren and Hailey were confused with the Water Spirit's explanation

The Water Spirit had said that this black sea belonged to the ancient times, which Darren believed.He also knew another ancient sea; that was the Raksa Sea.

Hailey and Darren searched the dark waters for the water from the Spring of Forgetfulnessaccording to the direction given by the Water Spirit.

After three months, they finally arrived at the place described by the Water Spirit.

The entire seabed was covered in many green plants and looked like an underwater prairie.

As Darren flew toward her, he felt a stream of warm water.

"I don't think so. The Water Spirit had said that the water from the Spring of Forgetfulness is verycold. But I felt a heat current,” Darren opined.

"You are right. You are more observant than me." Hailey smiled.

"Watch out!"

All of a sudden, Darren pushed Hailey away. Before she could see what had caught Darren'sattention, a black thing struck Hailey's arm and left a bleeding gash on it.

Had Darren not pushed her away in time, the black object might have pierced her heart!

Realizing what had happened, Hailey didn't look back. Instead, she drew out her sword and slashedin the direction of the thing that passed through her arm.

Blood spurted from the object. A moment later, a long creature as thick as an arm appeared in frontof them.

The creature resembled a dragon, but it was not a real dragon. Darren guessed that it was a youngflood dragon.

"It looks like it's only three years old." As Darren had the blood of the genuine dragon, he couldsense details about the flood dragon.

Although the ancient flood dragon was only three years old, its aura was as strong as a five-tribulation junior holy warrior!

"We should avoid it and go somewhere else,” Darren said.

After a moment's silence, the flood dragon howled like a wolf.

"No, this is not good. It's calling its companions. Let's hurry.” Darren and Hailey quickened theirpace.
