LAYLA POV

Now that it was time to eat, we all divided our selves into two groups. The elders were sitting together while we the younger ones were together. Food was served and we all begin to eat.

"God I miss eating at home." Luca said with his mouth full.

"Me too." I agreed with him.

"Well I don't miss it too much because Mira here cooks the best meals ever. So I'm fine." Landon said as he smiled at Mira who smiled back at him.

"Yeah yeah yeah, rub it on our faces that you have a good cook as a mate. We know that already." I said rolling my eyes.

"If you are jealous, go and learn how to cook too." Landon said.

"Whatever." I said running away from what he just said.

Cooking is not really my thing. I don't cook much. I only try just little by little. And the fact that Calvin isn't complaining about it means there's no need for me to learn. At least he can cook more than me so it balance everything. "Congratulations Luca." Mira said smiling.

"Congratulations on what?" he asked looking confused. I also had the same look as him because I was totally lost to why she was congratulating him.

"On marking each other. I can see the mark on you both shoulders." She said.

I turned quickly to see if she was being serious. I was surprised when I saw the marks. So it's true. How did I fail to notice it earlier?

"And their scents have changed also." Chole said.

"Wow you both were really fast. I wasn't expecting you will mate before us. And to say you were the last to be paired. Wow congratulations Luca. I didn't know you had it in you." I said smiling.

"Had what in me? What are you saying?" my dear confused brother asked.

"Its a good thing you noticed yourself. Sometimes babe watch what you say. Your words may hurt someone and you won't know. You have to be watchful of people's reaction it helps alot." he adviced. I smiled and nodded my head.

"I have learnt my lesson. Erm I want to talk to you about something that has been bothering me for a while" I said to him.

"Okay and what's that? Do you want us to talk about it right here and now?" he asked.

"I want to talk about it right now but not here. Can we go outside and have a little privacy together?" I asked him. I didn't want anyone to hear our conversation especially when everyone has wolf hearing. They can easily eavesdrop without realizing themselves. Already let's go outside. He said as he held my hand and led me outside the house. We walked to the garden which was a quiet and good spot to talk. We sat down together on the bench. "Alright we are outside now. What is wrong babe?" he asked.

"Calvin for real when are we going to mate? I have been waiting for you to take the lead but I haven't gotten any from you. What's wrong? Or you don't want me anymore?" I asked feeling sad.

"Why will you ask that kind of question? What made you think I will never want you? You are the only person I will ever love. You are mine forever and I'm yours forever. So please don't ever think that I will never want you. I will always want you." he said. "But we haven't had sex or marked each other which is very important as we are mates." I said pouting.

"Luca has already mated with his mate. What about us? Or do you want to wait for a year then let me know than keeping me hanging." I added.

He moved closer to me and moved his head closer to mine leaving just a little gap from our lips.

We went back to join the rest. Although I was having fun, I couldn't stop thinking of what will happen later at home. I will finally be a woman this night. I will no longer be a virgin. We danced, gave Mum gifts, after a long speech from her as her vote of thanks, we were finally done. Now it's time to go home.

I walked out of the bathroom and saw Calvin laying on the bed. I walked slowly to the bed and climbed it before sitting on his stomach.
