Chapter 81

LUNA ISABELLA POV

I was so pleased with Rosie. I couldn't stop smiling even when she and Evans left for school. She sure looks so beautiful and I'm sure in no time my foolish son will wise up and accept her.

I have been noticing some few changes in him and that's one of the reasons I'm certain those two are going to work.

But that doesn't mean I can now relax. Infact this is the right time to work harder to make those two quicken things. And I think I have an idea.

I smiled and went to look for my mate although I knew very well where to replace him. I knocked the door to his office before entering. He was on a call with someone but when I entered he looked up at me and gave me a smile. His eyes never left mine as I walked to him.

I sat on his laps and began to play with his hair as he was still talking to whoever was on the phone. My hands began to perform their magic because his eyes began to close slowly as he was enjoying just what I was doing to him.

After some few minutes passed, he finally ended his call. He dropped the phone and pulled me closer to him as he placed a kiss on my neck.

"My Bella I can tell you want something. Now tell me what is you want?" he said to me.

I shouldn't be surprised that this man knew everything about me.

"Bryan I was thinking, why don't we you know leave the house and go somewhere just the two of us to have some alone time to ourselves?" I asked him as I continued playing with his soft hair.

"Hmm why do you want us to do that all of a sudden?" he asked.

"Well nothing serious just that I miss being with you alone. And work hasn't been allowing us spend some alone time together. I won't lie I have actually missed you so much that's the reason why I want us to leave the house for a while." I said to him hoping he believes my lies.

"I think you are right my Bella, we need to rest for a while and spend time alone together. I totally agree with you on leaving the house and work. Alright let's see why don't you go upstairs and gather somethings we will be needing for our little trip."

His reply took me off guard. I didn't expect him to say we will be leaving immediately. I thought he will ask for sometime. Well since he has agreed I mean it's better than him rejecting my request. I better start packing before he changes his mind. I jumped from his laps and rushed out of his office. I could hear him shouting behind me not to run but I didn't listen to him.

I went to our bedroom and began to pack some clothes for the both of us. I packed some other important things we will be needing also. I arranged them neatly in our bags before zipping it. Finally I was done getting ready.

I was about leaving the room to inform him that I was done when he entered the room.

"Are you done already?" he asked me as his eyes were fixed on the bags.

"Yes I'm done packing. I just need to get dressed up before we leave. But quick question Bryan, where are we going?" I asked him.

"That is a surprise which you will replace out when we get there. For now hurry up with getting ready so we can leave before Evans and Rosie come back from school." he replied.

I smiled. My plans is surely going as planned. I just hope it will work out with Evans and Rosie.

Bryan and I left the house after I was done. He didn't allow any driver to drive the car instead he became the driver. It was rare for him to drive also watching him drive is such an amazing sight. He usually looks so handsome as he focus on the road. I was so happy and was feeling excited already.

He kept driving and I noticed we have left our pack territory.

"Bryan where are we going to? We can just replace a hotel in our pack and just stay there or we could have just stayed in your parents cottage that was far from the house." I said to him.

"I know but I wanted to be alone with you. If we stay in the pack, they will surely replace us and we will have to shorten our trip. So I think it's better we go somewhere far where they wouldn't be able to replace us." he answered.

His words made alot of sense. He was right and brilliant.

"Anything you say but where are we going to?" I asked him.

"You will replace out soon. You just need to be patient." he said smiling at me.

"Alright if you say so but right now I'm feeling sleepy. And as much as I want to keep on watching you as you drive, I can't fight this sleep so please wake me up when we have arrived." I said to him.

"Alright I will wake you up. You can sleep now." he said as he played his hand on my thigh and began to trace it. Just feeling his hands on my skin made me to slowly close my eyes. Before I knew what was happening, I shut my eyes completely and allowed sleep take "My Bella wake up we are here."

I opened my eyes slowly and looked around feeling so confused. The moment my eyes meant Bryan's eyes, I calmed down immediately.

"Sorry for waking you up but we are here already." he said.

I raised my head and looked around. The only thing my eyes could see was only trees. Why did he take us to a forest? Don't tell me he wants us to sleep in a tent because I'm sure not going to have it.

"Hey Bella why are you frowning your face?" he asked looking at me with worry in his eyes.

"Why did you bring us here in the woods? No house nothing. What if wild animals attacks us or what if rogues outnumbers us here? A hotel is better than this woods you know. There is no way I will spend the night or even a vacation with you in a freaking tent." I said to him.

Suddenly he began to laugh. He had the guts to laugh at me when I'm being serious right now.

"Calm down my Bella. Don't worry I would allow you sleep in a tent. Trust me and get down from the car already." he said looking so calm.

I decided to hold on his word. If he wouldn't allow me sleep in a tent, I think it's safe for me to get down from the car already. I got down from the car. He locked the car doors before carrying our bag.

"Lets go." he said to me before he began to walk. I followed him silently behind.

We didn't walk long when I saw a beautiful cottage standing right in front of us. This cottage wasn't as big as the one we had at home but it looked perfect from outside.

"Now do you finally believe me when I said I won't allow you sleep in a tent?" Bryan asked as he turned to look at me with a smirk on his face.

I rolled my eyes at him, I definitely knew what he wanted.

"Alright fine you were right. Sorry for doubting you. Happy now? So tell me who owns this cottage because I'm sure it's not yours. We aren't in our pack so it can't be yours." I asked him.

"Well it's for a friend who hardly uses the place. When you mentioned a vacation, this place just came to my mind so I decided to ask for his permission to use it." he answered.

"Now we can't continue standing outside. Let's go inside already. I'm sure you will love how it looks inside." he added as he began to walk to the door.

I followed him and we entered the house. The first thing I felt was how warm and comfy this place was. That means someone was actually taking care of this house all this while. I walked round and admire the interior design of the cottage. It was nothing but beautiful. From the furnitures to the appliances they were all amazing. I think I will love it here. No wait a minute, I don't think, I'm sure I will definitely love it here.

"From the smile on your face, I can tell you love the place already." Bryan said behind me.

"Yes I do. You sure picked the right place for a vacation." I answered him.

"Lets go to the bedroom." he said.

We went to the bedroom and it looked nice also. There was enough space which was what I liked the most.

Bryan dropped our bed and laid on the bed. I joined him on the bed and wrapped my hand on his waist.

"Now that we are here, I just hope Rosie and Evans make progress with their relationship since they are now alone at home." I said quietly but he heard it.

"I knew it. You didn't just suggested for a vacation because you wanted it but it was because you had something planned on your sleeve. My Bella you sure are something else. How are you sure our absence will do anything to those two?" he asked me. "I don't know but I have to say it's just instincts I feel right now that it might work. I just hope my instincts will be right this time." I said.

"Well whether it works or not, it doesn't matter because I finally got to spend some time with you. That's all I need right now. And hope you slept well during the whole ride because I won't be allowing you sleep anything soon. I'm going to take you down the lane of the moments we had when we were young." he said as he got up and was right untop of me.

This wasn't what I was expecting to happen but still I think I'm feeling rather excited to how we were going to spend our vacation together.
