Clara smiled at herself as she looked at the plan she had formulated. She was so confident in herself that nothing would go wrong. She opened her drawer and took out a piece of black clothing, which she wore. She tore a part of the dress and covered her face with it.

"Perfect!" She muttered to herself as she stared into the mirror. She glanced at the clock, and it was about five minutes to eleven in the evening.

She gently opened the door to avoid it making a creak sound and she tiptoed out of the room. She switched off the torch in her hand and blended with the darkness.

She ran as fast as she could to the prison area; the guards were moving about, which signified that they were switching positions.

She looked around as if she was waiting for someone. She heaved a sigh when she saw a figure approaching her, it was Lydia.

"Were you able to get it?" Clara asked while Lydia gave her a mischievous smile.

"Trust me, that's easy for me." She replied as she dipped her hand into her shirt and slid a metal object into Clara's hand.

Clara smiled, "with this, nothing can go wrong." She uttered while Lydia nodded her head.

"I should leave now before my dad suspects anything. Also, be careful." Lydia warned and Clara nodded. She waved Clara goodbye and turned to be on her way.

Clara eagerly waited for the perfect opportunity and mixed with the guards, pretending to be a part of them. As they matched around the prison yard. She gently sneaked out of the line and made to enter the building when a thick baritone voice stopped her.

"Where are you going?" The voice said, and Clara turned around to take a look, it was the assistant chief guard.

Thankfully for her, she had been trained on this part and was taught how to fake her voice like that of a man's.

"Sir, I was instructed by the general to fetch some documents from the prison." She replied with a bow, faking her voice so that one wouldn't notice that she was a female.

"Where is the pass?" The assistant general asked him, and Clara smiled inwardly. She was grateful that she had planned this part and had made Lydia steal her father's pass, which she brought to her earlier.

She dipped her hand into her cloth and took out a metal object with "Jared" boldly written on it.

"Here it is sir," she said as she handed over the pass to the assistant general.

He examined the pass and confirmed its authenticity before returning it to Clara.

"Don't stay long, you should be out within ten minutes." The assistant general said, and Clara smiled.

"Thank you, sir." She muttered and turned to be on her way.

She dipped her hand into her clothes and took out two pieces of paper, one contained the powder Savannah had given to her, and the second was a detailed map of the interior part of the prison; she had gotten it from Lydia, who had marked the spot where the chief guard was being held.

She traced her way to the spot marked on the map and could see the assistant general locked up from a distance. But there was a problem: about twenty guards stood by the corridor she was to pass, and there was no way for her to pass through them unnoticed, and she also couldn't win them all in a fight. She smiled at herself and was happy that she had planned against something like this.

She took out the powder Savannah had given to her and blew it into the atmosphere. Whoever inhaled it was to drop unconscious within ten seconds, and she wouldn't be affected, since she had covered her face with a black veil.

"One, two, three.... seven, eight, nine, ten." She counted silently and the twenty guards dropped simultaneously by the time she got to ten.

"Nice! Savannah's drug worked perfectly, they were all knocked out within ten

seconds." She muttered and slowly walked past them.

She searched the guards and found the keys to the cell door. She approached the chief guard and opened the door.

"Who are you?" The chief guard asked as he hurriedly stood up to his feet.

Clara unveiled herself and stared at the chief guard who smiled happily.

"Clara, are you here to save me?" The chief guard asked with eagerness, happy that someone was here to free him from the bondage.

"Of course, how can I let you suffer here," Clara replied and walked towards the chief guard, she knew she had just ten minutes to carry out her plan, and there was no time to waste. She hugged the chief guard, and slowly pulled out a knife, ensuring it made no sound so as not to raise the chief guard's suspicion.

"Thank you, Clara, I appreciate you... Argh!" The chief guard screamed as the knife was inserted deep into his heart, while Clara slowly withdrew herself from him so as not to stain herself with blood.

"Clara...you..." the chief guard muttered weakly.

"I am sorry, but I cannot keep you alive, it's for the greater picture." She replied and gave the chief guard a last hug.

"Don't blame me, you should understand. Also, it's your greatest fortune to die for the pack, your name will be forever remembered."

Killian rose slowly from his sleep and remembered that Sara had left for the forbidden forest a while ago.

"Where's Sara? Is she not back?" He asked the doctor who slowly shook his head negatively.

Killian sprang up from the bed and wanted to head towards the forest when a guard ran in with great speed.

"My Alpha, the chief guard...he is dead."
