Chapter 71

A wave of headache struck Sara as she lifted her eyelids. She placed her hand on her forehead, glanced at her surroundings, and her eyes popped out in shock.

She sat up on the bed, and the door opened almost immediately.

Sara's heart skipped a beat, and a one-eyed man walked into the room, looking very cold and stony. He had an object that seemed like a knife in his hand, pointing it at Sara as he slowly approached her.

Sara could feel her heart racing as the man approached her, she began to shift backwards, shaking in fear and agony.

"What...who are you? And...what do you want from me?" Sara fidgeted, her voice filled with fear. She held on tightly to the bed's cover, while her body trembled without control.

The man suddenly stopped in his steps, his expression changed from being cold to curious. He furrowed his brows and bit his lower lips;

"What? Are you trying to play dumb with me? You don't remember you caused this?" The man yelled, pointing his finger towards his blinded eye.

Sara's mouth dropped, her eyes widened and she shook her head frantically.

"No, you are mistaken. I don't even know you, how could I have possibly caused your blindness?"

"Because you actually did. What's wrong with you? Did you suddenly lose your memory? You forgot that night in the lone house when you were hiding from Killian?" He ran towards her, screaming at her face. He exhaled a sharp cold breath that fanned Sara's face.

Sara's face went pale, her heart hammered, and a chilly wave crept across her spine.

"Killian?" She muttered, her eyeballs darting sideways. She could feel a surge of warmth flow down her veins. Who is Killian? She seemed to have forgotten about him, but her heart and body held some great memories that she couldn't help but notice. "Killian? Who is Killian? Please tell me about him!" Sara begged, she grabbed the man's hand, stared into his eyes and pleaded with him.

The man made a wimp and flung Sara's hand off his'. He pulled out his knife and stuck it on the bed right beside her, causing Sara's heart to skip a beat, while beads of sweat formed on her face. He bent towards her and gritted his teeth angrily.

"I am not in the mood for this! I am here to make you mine. Since you made me like this, you have to be responsible for me. What girl would want to have something to do with a blind man like me? I am Leon, the supposed Alpha of the blue moon pack!" Leon yelled, exhaling a cold, heart-wrenching aura.

Sara blinked nervously. The names seem familiar to her, "Leon and Blue moon pack". She ran her fingers through her hair, and swallowed hard.

"I am so sorry Leon, I can't remember anything, but can you please take me to Killian? I want to meet him, I want to see him, I want to know who he is." She mumbled, her eyes welling up with tears that threatened to pour.

Leon opened his mouth but closed it back. He paced the room back and forth, stomping his feet hard on the ground.

"What the hell is wrong with you, Sara? Killian almost killed you, he turned his back against you when you were framed for murder, don't you remember all of that?" He yelled, breathing hard.

Sara's heart went blank for a moment, she looked up to Leon and the tears fell down her cheeks.

"Arghh!" Leon screamed and grabbed Sara's hand, squeezing it tightly.

"That's not going to work on me, Sara. Your tears won't move me a bit. I am here to avenge what you did to me." He dropped Sara's hand and grabbed her by her jaw instead. Sara could feel how hard and cold his breath was judging from how it fanned her face.

"So you abducted me just to kill me? And...the old man?" Her eyes bulged wide, accompanied by her darting eyeballs.

"You mean that stupid old man?" Leon paused with a smirk on his face.

"He died. I killed him. He should blame himself for being too nosy." He whimpered, before returning back to his cold stare at Sara.

"Now don't change the topic, I am here to seek revenge, and the only way for you to pay me back is to...marry me!" He stated, staring deadly into Sara's eyes.

Sara swallowed hard, she began to shrink under Leon's cold gaze.

With his breathing accelerating, Leon unsheathed his knife and placed it on Sara's face, sticking out his tongue and letting out a mischievous laughter.

"What...do you...want to do?" Sara stuttered, her body still shaking vigorously. "How about you guess? If I mistakenly make a slash on your face, do you think Killian will still take you as his beloved? Or will he cast you out again just as he did in the past? Hmm? Guess." Leon teased, laughing out so hard that tears began to stream down his cheeks.

"Don't, please...don't. I really don't remember anything, I don't even know who Killian is, I also don't know...I can't remember you." Sara cried, staring straight into Leon's eyes.

"Don't give me that stare, It's not going to have any effect on me. I just wanted to help you out of my own goodwill, but all I got in return was a blinded eye!"

"Even Killian, I will ensure he kneels before me and beg for my mercy. I will take everything that ought to belong to me, everything!" He roared, and then pushed Sara to the bed. He climbed on her, inched his face closer to hers'. Sara tilted his face sideways but Leon was quick to grab her by the chin.

"You are not escaping this." He smirked, forced his mouth on Sara's, licking every part of her face.

Sara struggled, trying hard to break herself free from Leon's grip.

Suddenly, her hand got a hold of something sharp, it was the knife, and she knew she needed to act fast.

"Arghh! Fucking hell!"
