The Alphas’ P**n Star Mate -
Chapter 88 – The Alphas’ Porn Star Mate
Mick POV
I watched as my brother stared down at Chloe. The man had hearts in his eyes. It was amusing to see him like this.
Chloe was surprisingly relaxed and sated after she collapsed from her orgasm. She had this dazed smile on her face up until the moment she fell asleep. I guess having two sets of hands stroking her body, pouring out our affection over her and the comfort from both bonds was enough to put her to sleep.
She had a long, rough day. From getting shot and the little argument with Miles, to being Winnie and Riley's life-sized Barbie, and then her live demonstration on how to take two mates for her human friend, I'm not surprised she passed out the moment all the tension left her body. She was gone before her friend in the other room started kicking up a ruckus, putting the lesson to the test, it seems.
"How can anyone be this pretty in their sleep?" Miles asked, running his knuckles over her cheek.
"I'm that pretty in my sleep," I said.
Miles snorted. "Bullshit."
"Yeah," I laughed softly, brushing the hair out of Chloe's face. "No one's this beautiful."
"She's gorgeous," Miles affirmed.
The sounds from next door started to get louder and louder. The growling was enough to make both of us turn our heads to stare at the mirror.
"We should get her upstairs. Give them some privacy," I said.
Miles snorted, giving me a look like he was questioning my rationale.
"That girl over there was a virgin until Darren. Chloe won't want to make her uncomfortable."
"Sure," Miles said with a smirk. "Damn, I still can't believe we just did that in front of them. I forgot about the mirror the entire time."
"It happens. I went hours forgetting we were on camera," I reminded him.
We got dressed, Miles putting back on his clothes while I just put on a robe. Together, we managed to get a robe on Chloe without waking her up. She really was exhausted.
The more I started to move around, I started to get this strange pressure all through my body, like my bones were expanding. My whole body was aching. Maybe the stress of the day was getting to me too now. Being without a wolf, I tend to get sick from time to time. It almost felt like the flu.
"You okay man?" Miles asked me when I stopped packing my bag to massage my temples. A headache was coming on too.
"Yeah, just tired. Can you get Chloe and take her up to your room? I'm going to shower and get my shit from mine, and I'll meet you there after."
"My room?" he stared at me, like he was making sure I realized what I just told him to do.
Despite my headache, I smiled. "Did you want to sleep separately from her?"
"No, but.... I thought we would, I don't know, ease into that?"
"You think a threesome and crossing swords in her pussy is easing into things?" I lifted my brow. His entire face turned red, which made me laugh. Laughing hurt my head more, so I quickly stopped. "Your bed is big enough for all of us. It will be fine, and I'll be there soon." "Okay," he mumbled, picking up Chloe gingerly, cradling her against him, then easily opening the door one-handed to head down the hall and back upstairs.
I lingered behind for a second, feeling even more weird than before. After rotating my arms a few times, and stretching my legs, some of the tension in my limbs started to ease into a throbbing soreness. It still hurt, but it was more like the pain you get from working out too hard. "Outside," the parasite said in a strained voice, making my headache pulse painfully behind my eyes.
Outside did sound nice though. It was getting a little too warm in here, and the cool night air would feel good against my sweaty skin.
My footsteps felt heavier and heavier as I carried my body outside. I had to be getting sick. A fever and body aches could only mean that, right? When I finally made it outside, the moon was full and its soft illumination seemed to cool my swampy skin. The pain only increased in my limbs though.
There was a pond around back. Maybe instead of a shower, a swim outside in the moonlight would help me to feel better. Leaving the moonlight felt impossible right now anyway. I couldn't explain why. I couldn't really think that well with the pressure behind my eyes. My head was getting more and more painful, like my skull was about to crack in half.
When I got to the pond, I was discouraged by seeing a figure on the bench overlooking the water, but then my father's scent carried over to me in the wind. He was sitting out there by himself.
I would have just ignored him, but the lake wasn't big enough to just go to another end. I sighed, stripping out of my robe and deciding to drop it next to him beside the bench.
His hallowed face looked a little more full than the day we got here. He still looked weak and sickly, but him being out here by himself without my mother's help was a good sign. I really haven't talked to him much, choosing to sit far from him when he was in the dining room at the same time as me, and only giving one-word responses when he would try to have a conversation.
Pops looked at me with surprise, and then sorry when he noticed I was naked and about to get in the pond.
"Going for a late-night swim?" he asked as I lowered my body into the cool still water.
"Something like that," I mumbled, a little disturbed that the water didn't make me feel any better. It didn't even make me feel cooler. Despite the water's lower temperature, I felt my body heat rising again.
"Where's Chloe?" My pops asked in a nonchalant voice, trying to make small talk it seemed.
"With Miles in bed," I answered automatically, without much thought. The headache was numbing my thought process.
"In bed?" My dad asked in surprise. "Are.... are they mated?"
I frowned at the incessant questions. "Not fully. Not yet," I mumbled, dipping my head into the water, hoping it would help. It didn't. "Probably soon," I mumbled when I lifted my head back up.
The water wasn't helping. It was just making shit worse. I dragged myself out to shore, lying on the muddy bank. When The moonlight shone over my entire body again, the heat died down, but the pain in my bones remained.
"You okay there, son?" Pops asked with a hesitant voice. "You're not looking too good."
"No more talking," I growled angrily. "Please!"
He stopped, but remained where he sat, just staring at me as I stared up at the moonlight, feeling more and more pain every second. I was afraid to move. Afraid to speak. Even breathing was starting to hurt, but my breath just got more and more labored.
I don't know how long I layed there. Maybe twenty minutes. Maybe a few hours. Time was nothing accompanied by the pain. It was all I could understand and follow. When stabbing pain started making its way through my chest again, I barely even noticed. All of a sudden, a scream ripped out of me when I felt a burning on my neck. It was right over my mark. My bones felt like they were breaking and shattering inside of my body.
My pops dropped down on the ground beside me, and I knew he was screaming my name, but all I could hear was the snarling inside my rattling skull, like the parasite was breaking free.
