The Alphas’ P**n Star Mate
Chapter 97 – The Alphas’ Porn Star Mate

I pressed my lips together, my eyes meeting Miles's. I knew Alpha Dario's reasons for treating Mick the way he has because Miles told me, but Mick is still unaware.

"Oh, and the guards told me that the witch sisters of your Rodger arrived last night." Miles was quick to change the subject.

"Driana and Paulina?" I grinned excitedly. "They helped me escape. I'd love to go see them."

"They asked to see you too. I thought we could stop by after dinner."

"Or we can just skip the dinner and see them instead," Mick offered.

"Sure," Miles shrugged absentmindedly, distracted as I rubbed sudsy soap all over my breasts. "You be the one to tell Nonna we can't make it."

Mick grumbled something under his breath, obviously not willing to face off with his Nonna.

I giggled, biting my lip as I watched Miles turn all his attention on me. He hesitantly lifted a hand, palm out, and after an encouraging nod from me, he grabbed a handful of my breasts, squeezing it gently.

Mick sat back on the counter, crossing his arms and the corners of his lips lifting as he watched his brother's hands explore my wet body as I washed the soap off.

"Hey, Miles. What's your opinion on pups?"

"Pups?" Miles's brows knit. "Like, kids?"

I laughed softly, "Mick's in the mood to make babies."

"Woah," Miles's eyes went wide, and his cheeks turned a soft red. "Uh, do you want pups?"

I was done rinsing and moving so Miles could have the main shower head. He's been standing under the light waterfall one, and it's not enough water pressure to use to wash yourself.

I shrugged. "I guess I don't have a choice." A memory popped into my head from my life before. "I know Alphas need an heir."

"Chloe," Mick said my name in a low, disapproving tone.

"It's okay. I know that's my role now as your Luna," I smiled sadly, looking at both of them. "I'm okay with it."

"We don't want you to just be okay with it," Miles said softly, holding on to my waist. His fingers were flexing into my flesh. "I don't care if we never have pups. I just want you."

"And I don't want you to do anything you don't want," Mick added. "Picturing you pregnant got me going for a minute, but it had nothing to do with an heir or shit like that."

"But you're both Alpha. You need one for your pack." I frowned, remembering all the torture Cameron put Cortina through in his quest to get an heir, and the torturous nights I spent with him the year prior to my coma because an heir was all he wanted from me. I don't want to drive Mick and Miles to those extremes. I like them. I may even love them. If not giving them a pup will make our relationship go sour, then I'll try to give them one. I'll try to give them both the heir that they need.

"All we need is you," Miles held my face in his hands, his sharp gaze piercing me, making a knot form in my chest.

I forced a smile, trying to ignore the knot. "Okay." I gave him a chaste kiss before slipping out of the shower, taking a fluffy bath towel off the shelf and wrapping it around my body.

"Chloe," Mick stopped me when I tried to slip out of the bathroom. "Seriously, forget the baby talk. I was joking."

"I'm not mad," I kissed his cheek. "I am tired though. I'm going to bed."

Mick POV

"She's mad," Miles said in a mind link. If I wasn't so worried about Chloe, I would be amazed at even being able to get a mind link from my brother, but that pales in comparison to the worry I'm feeling right now. One stupid off the wall comment turned into this. I can feel her sadness, which is making me feel ten times worse. The stupid parasite planted an idea in my head and I had to voice it like an idiot.

"She's not mad. She just went through a lot in Fire Moon's attempts to get an heir," Rome told both of us. "That's why Cameron began hurting her while she was in a coma in the first place. His father was going to cut off life support unless Cameron agreed to it." Rome then snickered, "He could have just shut his father up from the start. He killed his father and took over the pack when Chloe ran away. He could have done that to avoid hurting her to begin with."

"He killed his father?" Miles asked with shocked fury. "Does your former pack not have a group of elders to step in at times like that?"

"The Alpha and ranked members held all the power in the pack. There were elders, but not like there are here where their voice matters. They were more to provide support to the Alpha and kiss his ass." Rome growled, "Fire Moon has a history of insufferable Alphas. They don't tolerate opposition."

"Did Alpha Cameron not love Chloe? Is that why he treated her like shit and didn't fight for her while she was there?"

Rome thought for a few long moments, then said, "He didn't know how to love her. He expected blind adoration from her from the start, and when he didn't get it, he became cruel. I told him for the whole year they were mated to try and get to know her or treat her with some kindness, but he wouldn't put aside his pride to be the one to reach out first. He resented her, but desired her at the same time. He desired what he thought he was owed as her Alpha and her mate." He took a deep, exhausted breath. "His pride and obsession with getting what he was owed is what made him go off the deep end after she ran away. It was scary how much her falling down those stairs changed him."

"Changed him, as in, he became more of an asshole?" I asked.

"That, and there was something else that changed. It was scary at times. I would get pushed out of his mind by some dark energy. I'd come back to see his pack and warriors terrified of him. He would do disgusting, horrifying things when he pushed me out." Anger rose inside of Rome, bleeding into me. Ivar growled through Miles, like he already knew what Rome was thinking. "If he gets his hands on Chloe again, I don't even want to imagine what he will do to her." "That will never happen," Miles said.

"We won't let it."

"I know you won't, but it makes me anxious not being able to see what he is up to now. There is no telling what length that monstrous Alpha would go to."

Cameron POV

"Shift!" I commanded myself, staring in the mirror in the bathroom I used to share with my whore of a mate. "Come on, you piece of shit! Show yourself, Rome!"

I've been trying to command him forth all day, but nothing is working. It's been too long since I last felt my wolf. He's disappeared and blocked me out a number of times, but this is different. I feel hollow.

"Damn it!" I snarled, planting my fist in the center of the huge mirror, making it shatter. The cuts on my fist from the broken glass began to bleed, which pissed me off further, since they weren't even starting to show signs of healing. The pain and the blood were a bigger reminder that my wolf wasn't here with me.

"Alpha?" A young omega girl walked in, her head bowed but her eyes roaming around the floor, studying all the glass shards she would be responsible for cleaning up. "Forgive me. I thought you would be in the basement as you usually are."

Her cheeks flamed in embarrassment. She wasn't quivering in fear in my presence like most others would be. She was standing respectfully, waiting for my command. "Clean it up!"

"Yes, Alpha," she bowed as I stormed past her.
