I can't be defeated here, our mission is to save Mercedes and I have to go out because I was appointed. I can't be defeated by them! "Promise me you'll come back, I'll wait for you." Anna's words suddenly registered in my brain.

'Ah!" I screamed and tried to fight the power of the woman against me. They were both surprised when I moved one of my arms as if some powerful power suddenly came to life inside me.

ANNA'S POV

I woke up early to get ready. I decided to go in first thing this morning but I'll only have a half-day today because Thea and I can prepare for the event later.

I left the room and found Thea in the dining area.

"Oh, you didn't come in?" I asked and went straight to the refrigerator to get some cold water.

"What are you doing, right? We have an event to go to later. You? Why are you still coming in?"

"Yes, but I'll say goodbye later because I'll only be there for a half-day," I answered.

"Ah, is that so, be careful." I was about to go back to my room because I was going to grab my bag and leave but suddenly the cell phone that is now in my pocket rang, I immediately looked at it and saw that grandma was calling.

I immediately answered it. "Happy birthday Anna!" Grandma greeted me kindly, I couldn't lower the volume of my cellphone so I immediately turned to Thea who was now very surprised while staring at me. Since we've been together, I haven't told her about my birthday. I don't want to tell other people the day of my birth because I don't know that's the day of my birth. After all, that's all they say because that's the day they saw me on the sidewalk.
