The CEO's Return (Tracy and Alex)
Chapter Fourty Five

Alex

I told Lewis and Cole everything, I explained everything to them from the beginning.

"Why didn't you tell us all this from the beginning? You only told us you could not come out for unavoidable reasons." Cole said sounding worried.

"That is the unavoidable reason, we didn't want you guys to worry."

"So you are telling me that jerk has my sister?" Lewis asked and I nodded

"I'm a hundred percent sure."

"If I get my hands on him, I promise I'll make sure he regrets it."

"Lewis, we have to calm down, we've involved the police, a friend of mine has gone to get them so we would have to wait till they get here.

"Nothing must happen to my sister," Lewis said while Cole kept calling her number which kept ringing but she didn't pick.

"Nothing would happen to her," I said reassuring myself too.

We got to the house but the car Tracy drove was not outside, I began to worry but then I concluded that it might be inside, I parked the car far from the house then we got down and walked back to the house, we hid in the bush opposite the house waiting. James called me to inform me that he is on his way to the house with the police.

"They are on their way," I told Lewis and Cole

"The police and your friend?." Cole asked and I nodded

We waited for a while before they eventually showed up, I was thankful that the police siren was not on, I didn't want anything that would alert him.

We came out from where we were hiding and joined them.

"Who is her husband?" The police asked and I moved forward.

"I am," I said

"And who are they?"

"Her siblings."

"Okay then." He moved to press the bell.

"They have a search warrant right?" I asked James

"Yeah, I had to pull some strings."

"Thank you man, I appreciate you," I said and he nodded

One of the security guards opened the gate and spoke to one of the policemen, we were allowed to enter but not into the main house because they had to inform Sam.

They called him and we were allowed in, in no time, Sam met us at the door and everyone except the policemen were glaring at him.

"Alex!, How are you doing?, You came visiting today, why?"

"Where is my wife you jerk!" I said ready to pounce on him but James held me back.

"Your wife? She left already." He said folding his hands.

"According to the report we got, she came here to have dinner with you but she never got home." The police said

"Yes she did, but we didn't finish

dinner before she left, she kept saying her husband and her children are at home, that she wants to go home, in fact, she told me she was going to call her husband the moment she gets outside, in fact, she started calling him on her way out, she called you right?."

"Yes she did, but she is not home yet," I said, I sighted Tracy's bag on the dining table and I rushed there.

"This is Tracy's bag," I said and Sam went pale as everyone faced him

"Yes her bag, I was going to call her to tell her she left her bag while she was rushing home, but I was busy trying to clear the dining table since my housekeeper has gone home." He said gesturing at the dining table that was filled with half-eaten food.

"Well, we have a warrant to search your house, he said raising the warrant."

"Sure go ahead." He said and the policemen started searching, James walked closer to Sam, James looked intimidating because he is a few inches taller than Sam, I never really notice how tall James is because we are the same height.

"Do you remember me?" James asked Sam

"Who are you?"

"You forget people too soon, well, you bought this house from me, three years ago remember?" James said and could swear that Sam was white as a sheet, for a few minutes both of them didn't say anything but when color eventually came back to Sam's face it came with some kind of courage.

"You are wrong, I bought it from you four years ago." He said folding his hand.

"You are evil, and I'll bring you down," James said before leaving him to join the police in searching the house.

Over thirty minutes later, they came back with nothing.

"There nothing here." The policeman declared and Sam smirked.

"That can't be, I'm sure, Tracy is here, Tracy!" I called but there is no response.

"I'll search by myself," I said and the policemen didn't stop me, James, Cole, and Lewis joined in too but after thirty minutes we came back with nothing, I was pissed, so pissed that I just grabbed Tracy's bag and left.

Lewis and Cole joined me in the car, while James followed me with his car, I drove home and went straight inside ignoring the security guards who were greeting me, I dropped on the sofa my face in my palms "So what are we going to do?" Cole asked and I sighed

"What if she is not there?" Lewis asked but I couldn't say otherwise, I have a feeling Tracy is there, but we couldn't replace her there.

"Then we should start searching for her, we won't cross out Sam totally, but then we should start searching, I didn't notice the car in the compound earlier maybe he is saying the truth," James said but I didn't say anything.

I opened Tracy's bag bringing out everything in it, I wanted to see if there is anything that can prove that Sam had done something to Tracy but I couldn't replace any, everything in her bag was complete, her jotter, her pen, her phone, her candies, her wallet.

I thought hard about what to do that was when it struck me.

"Where do we start searching Alex?" James asked

"That jerk!, We are going back to that jerk's place, that jerk has Tracy."
