Chapter 1936 I Don't Want to Get a Divorce

The Lindstrom Residence was a European villa with a private garden and courtyard. It was very grand.

Samuel knelt on the ground listlessly. In just a few days, he looked like a whole new person.

He no longer looked noble or distinguished.

His parents were furious as they sat on the sofa. Mr. Lindstrom cursed at Samuel.

"You're such an *sshole! The Makinen family was willing to negotiate, but you went and did something like this! When Julian threw those photos at me, I felt so ashamed of you! It's fine if you wanna fool around with women in private, but how could you let Lumi see you do this in a public bathroom?! Are you doing this on purpose?! Is this what you mean by you don't want to get a divorce? How could your mom and I face them now?!"

Mr. Lindstrom was out of breath from cursing. He held his chest and felt exhausted.

When he saw those photos, his blood pressure rose instantly.

Although the woman's face was censored, her naked body was clearly visible.

He could not even replace a reason to defend his son.

Mrs. Lindstrom was also furious as she sat on the side without speaking.

Samuel closed his eyes and knelt on the ground His face was glum.

"I really didn't do anything. She just begged me to help her and undressed by herself. I didn't even touch her!"

Samuel looked defeated.

"She was drunk. I was afraid that if I left, she would chase after me, then it would've been worse! I left afterward so that she wouldn't follow me out."

Mr. Lindstrom also sneered in anger. "Who are you trying to fool?! I can't even bring myself to defend you with this stupid reason!"

Mrs. Lindstrom said, "Alright, let's stop mentioning this. Anyway, this divorce is happening whether you like it or not since we're the ones at fault. The Makinen family probably has a lot more dirt on you, so let's not drag this on and make the situation worse."

Mr. Lindstrom nodded. "Yes, Lumi's a reasonable person. We'll give her anything she wants as long as it's not overboard. It's fine to compensate her more. There's no point in continuing this broken marriage. Just hurry up

Samuel's eyes flickered slightly. "I don't want to get a divorce."

Mrs. Lindstrom rolled her eyes speechlessly.

"You don't want to get a divorce? What do you want to do now that things have come to this point? We're too embarrassed to speak to the Makinen family on your behalf!"

Samuel's throat bobbed, and he spoke with difficulty. "I'll look for Lumi. It's not too late as long as we don't get a divorce. If we do, she'll leave me for good!"

Mr. Lindstrom choked. "We won't care about you anymore. Just do whatever you like!"

He then went upstairs in a rage.

Mrs. Lindstrom did not want to say much. She was just about to leave when Samuel called out to her.

"Mom, please just put up with it no matter what the Makinen family says. I'll come back and apologize to you once I've coaxed Lumi."

Mrs. Lindstrom could not stand to see

Samuel acting recklessly no matter how much she loves her son.
