Chapter 1996 Go Fishing at the Sea

There was a bit of silence in the office.

"Okay, then I'll count this on Clayton."

Tyler gritted his teeth. 'That b*stard emptied the military base. Now, I have to replace out where his core base was transferred to before I can replace out where he hid those weapons. For instance, I can capture everyone in the Stanton family and kill one of them with each question I ask. If he still doesn't say anything, I'll kill everyone around him!"

Eric looked at Tyler coldly.

"Aren't you being too rash?"

His voice was deep, cold, and harsh.

Tyler's face became glum.

"How dare you speak for him? Did you forget who has your mother and your sister?"

Eric's expression eased up, and the anger in his eyes was suppressed.

"What I mean is, do you think that Clayton won't expect you to take action? If you attack now, you'll fall into his trap. As soon as you show up, you won't even know how you end up dead." The corners of Tyler's mouth twitched, and his face was slightly pale.

"Worse comes to worst, I'll drag him down to hell with me!"

"If you want to seek death, do whatever you want."

Eric lowered his eyes and looked at the report in his hands.

Tyler refused to concede, but at the moment, he had no other choice because he had to rely on Eric's power to settle down in Mediania.

The tension between them eased up.

"Brother-in-law, something happened to my sister. I was going to go and look for her, but the weapons are more important. You should send someone to replace out what's going on with her while I'll continue to watch Clayton. I must get those weapons!"

Eric's eyes darkened.

"I don't have time to pay attention to irrelevant people."

"She's my younger sister, and she gave birth to your child. How is she irrelevant?!"

Eric's face was cold and glum.

Tyler tried to be patient. The corners of his mouth curled up into a sinister smile.

Eric's eyes turned cold.

The conversation fell apart.

Tyler confirmed that Clayton himself did not even know where the weapons were transferred to in order not to reveal this secret. Clayton only h:c'

This made Tyler exasperated. After watching Clayton for several days, Tyler noticed that Clayton did not even leave the house.

There was also no news from Angie.

Tyler's subordinates came over and

reported, "Clayton's cargo ship went from South Africa to Southeast Asia. We're not sure if there will be any leads."

Tyler heard this and could not stay still.

Clayton knew Tyler too well. He waited quietly for Tyler to fall into his trap. Tyler also did not dare to confront Clayton in Mediania.

After Nicole swam two laps in the swimming pool in the back garden, she went to the lawn and lay down

She wore a bikini and was swinging her legs leisurely.

Nicole often let loose like this when no one was at home.

After Clayton was done with work, he went over to look for Nicole.

Nicole heard his footsteps and opened her eyes.

"Do you want to swim too?"

Clayton frowned when he saw her wearing a bikini outside. He then took a blanket from another chair, and gently covered her body with it. Nicole casually pushed it away. "I'm tanning!"

Clayton looked at the glass roof that was automatically adjusted to shade off the sun. He frowned slightly and was very puzzled.

"Where's the sun then?'

Nicole took off her face mask and looked at him.

"Well, I didn't want to get too tanned, but I'm just tanning for the feel of it."

Clayton obviously did not understand why Nicole was contradictory. He just smiled and complimented her habitually.

"You'll still look good even if you're tanned."

"Liar! I know that you'll hug me more when my skin is fair and soft."

Nicole rolled her eyes at him. Men could just lie so casually.

Clayton touched his nose and was wise enough not to continue this topic.

"I have good news. Do you want to go out to sea to fish?"

Nicole immediately regained her spirits and sat up from the reclining chair.

"Can I go out? Did Tyler, that son of a b*tch, run away?"

Clayton nodded with a smile.

Nicole's sullen face instantly looked excited.

"Great! If I hold it in any longer, I'll really die!"

She immediately ran to the bedroom, and ran back excitedly.

"Why are we going out to sea to fish? Do you have any other plans? I wanna go on vacation..."

Clayton let out a low chuckle.

"Let's talk about vacation later. We're going fishing at sea because Samuel Lindstrom is coming back, and I need to go over to pick him up. My friend who's escorting him will arrange it." Nicole nodded immediately.

She was willing to go anywhere as long as she could leave the house.

When Kai found out, he was happier than Nicole.

He ran out happily.

Clayton was very puzzled and shook his head.

"Third Brother is a little too careful. He's not Tyler's target, so he doesn't need to do this. Dad goes out to drink tea with his friends every day, and he's fine."

Her outfit matched her well.

Nicole frowned. "My dad said that we should keep a low profile when we go abroad. Otherwise, we'll be easily targeted."

Clayton smiled. "It's okay, I'm here."

Nicole took his arm and let out a deep breath. She was very clingy and leaned on him.

"I can finally breathe the air of freedom! But why did Tyler run away?"

Clayton said, "He can't replace a chance to attack when he's hiding here. Moreover, his sister went missing, so he probably went to Southeast Asia to look for her."

"Angie is missing?"

Clayton nodded. His eyes were cold, and he casually said, "Yup."

"Where did she go?-

Clayton glanced at her sincere eyes and pursed his lips.
