At this time, Martha just came back. She had stepped out to answer a call just now.

“How is it? Are you done packing?” Martha asked.

Amelia quickly pulled Martha to sit down, saying, “Sister-in-law, I really have to thank you so much thistime. Otherwise, we’d have no place to live. Also, Bernard and I have a request. You must agree to it.”

She could not agree to this request.
