Frank wasted no time in contacting Glen to save time and cook more herbal bath extract.

Glen had certainly seen the pretend state of affairs, and that there was no chance of reconciliation between his family and the Lionhearts. As such, he was now completely on Frank's side for Vicky's bridegroom, not Titus.

In fact, he did not hesitate to deliver copious amounts of natural treasures from his vaults, and there was no shortage of century old herbs.

Even Frank was impressed-the Turnbulls were really rich as expected.

When he was in Riverton before, he had to spend ages just to replace even one, but Glen had them in scores.

However, though Loggins Apothecary were also sending much of their herbs to help Frank as well, what they could give still fell short compared to the Hale Marrow that he had acquired by chance at an auction.

Still, it was enough for the time being.

That night, Frank got on a private jet provided by Glen and returned to Skywater Bay with Vicky, Helen, Nash, and Kat.

After greeting Carol Zims and Winter Lawrence, he returned to his room and began to refine new herbal bath extract.

Winter had been thrilled to see Frank come home and was going to throw a party for him.

However, she had no choice but to shrug and give up, seeing that everyone was busy.

"So they're all busy because someone destroyed the farm resort?" Winter asked at the dinner table, staring at Frank's empty seat.

It was only thanks to Vicky that they realized why Frank and Helen went to work as soon as they got back.

"What's wrong with these people? They can't bear to see others succeed or something?" Carol sighed.

Then, she slid more food onto Kat's plate while patting her back affectionately so that the girl would stop wolfing down her food.

"I'm full!" Kat soon exclaimed, wiping her mouth and dashing toward Frank's room.

Banging on his door, she shouted, "I need to talk to you, Master Lawrence!"

Frank had no choice but to answer the door and frowned at her. "I'm busy. If you have nothing important—"

"I do." Kat pouted, rolling up her sleeve and holding out her hand at him. "Do it."

"What?" Frank had no idea what she was up to.

"Take my blood!" Kat gaped. "Wait, my dad never told you?"

"Tell me what?"

Her strange behavior left Frank at a loss-Nash never told him a thing.

"Urgh, that paranoid geezer." Kat pouted again. "Fine, I'll tell you since he won't-my mother was the sacred maiden of Hundred Bane Sect."

"The sacred maiden of Hundred Bane Sect?!" Frank's heart skipped a beat

How did she know about them?!

Kat did not notice his reaction, however, and instead calmly continued, "To be precise, she ran away... In short, that treasure my father mentioned before the one my mother left-was actually me."

"You?" Frank did a double take.

"Yep." Kat nodded nonchalantly.
