The two Favoni sentries were laughing so hard at Frank's boasting that their stomachs hurt. "Come on, kid. Are you right in the head?"

"Shush, just give it up. Let him live in his own world. Abel Loggins kneeling to him? Pfft..."

After all, Abel Loggins, kneeling to some unknown kid who was merely unusually pompous?

However, Frank was dead serious, smiling as he continued, "If I'm wrong, I will kowtow to you, and you can do anything to me as you see fit."

Then, glancing between them, he added, "But if I'm right... You will both go down on all fours and crawl from here to the front doors of this residence while barking like dogs do. How about that?"

Both Favoni sentries spaced out for a moment, seeing that Frank was serious.

They could actually feel butterflies in their stomach when they saw Frank's vague smile-he was clearly luring them into a trap.

However, the bet was ridiculous in itself too.

After all, Abel Loggins, the most famous healer in Morhen, kneeling to Frank and asking for his help?

Who would believe that? In fact, there could not be that many people across Draconia who could even demand such a thing from Abel!

So... Maybe the brat was just pulling their leg?

As both Favoni sentries traded looks for a long while, one of them eventually gritted his teeth and bellowed, "Fine, we'll take that bet! However, we won't kill you if you lose... Instead, you'll crawl out of Favoni House and bark like a dog!" "No problem." Frank agreed to it right then.

His quick response left the two Favoni sentries feeling the creeps, a foreboding sensation seizing their stomach.

However, there was no backing down now, and they braced themselves as they smirked.

"Keep talking, brat! We will tell Abel Loggins later, and see what he will do to you!"

"Heh..." Frank smiled silently.

After all, it was more than about humiliating the two Favoni sentries-the Favonis pride would be crushed too, and they would pay for insulting him like this.

Meanwhile, Abel was frowning at Edon as he returned, asking, "What was going on out there?"

"Nothing." Edon shrugged. "Just some brat from Zamri city who's really full of himself, lecturing our apprentices in our own house. Don't worry-just treat my nephew as soon as possible."

To no surprise, Edon did not relay Frank's message to Abel.

From Edon's point of view, Frank was really overestimating himself, giving such unsolicited advice.

In fact, even if Edon did, he might upset Abel.

Abel was a famous healer who was regularly consulted by the Four Families of Morhen! They were already profoundly lucky that he came upon their request!

In fact, any healer would be really upset if they were told what to do even before they saw the patient, especially after they had traveled all this way.
