Seeing Urian's earnest, fawning smile, Noel smiled too.

Her expression almost drained Noel of his soul, like he was suddenly taken to paradise.

However, that all came to a screeching halt as Noel said, "Well, I'm afraid I'd have to say no."

Urian flinched and came to his senses, and asked in confusion, "But why? Don't you like that button, Ms. York?"

Noel shook her head.

"I know a thing or two about fashion, Mr. Reno-I've designed clothing myself."

Pausing, Noel then smiled. "I know that buttons appear to be a simple part of clothing, but everything from the manufacturing process and materials matter, so most factories can't perfectly imitate any button they come across. Even if they do, it'd be second best... and I need the original manufacturer urgently, so I must apologize, Mr. Reno."

Urian panicked as Noel strode around him toward the door.

"One day!"

He cried as he pressed his weight against the door. "I swear by my name, Ms. York. If your price is right and you believe me, I will provide you with a piece of insider information on top of that! You won't regret it!"

Noel was actually surprised to see that Urian was looking like he was putting everything on the line.

Was he really going to betray the saboteurs just for a business deal?

It was not just Noel either-Frank was stunned too.

If this was Urian's earnest reaction, he was really unsure about him now.

"Alright, I'll accept your suggestion. But I'm curious-what's this information you'll offer me?"

Urian's cheeks flushed at Noel's question, clearly caught in internal turmoil.

Still, his gaze soon turned determined as he looked Noel in the eye and said, "It's important information that might concern your survival. That's why I'm hoping for a reasonable price from you." "My survival?"

Noel was left uncertain at that.

Was it possible that the saboteurs who attacked Lanecorp's transport trucks were after her and did not just want to destroy Lanecorp's venture into showbiz?

However, she never went public with her connection to Lanecorp, and just a handful of people were aware of it.

Still, Noel quickly repressed her fears as she urgently wanted the information from Urian. "In that case, you can name your price, Mr. Reno."

Urian finally smiled. "If we're talking about a gown for a film production, counting in everything from buttons to hair ornaments... that would be a five million deposit." "What? Five million?!" Noel exclaimed, stunned by the number.
