Linda stopped and turned to the young man. "Oh, if it isn't Tigris!"

Like Linda, Tigris was working for Jason too, albeit in security.

"How many people are with you?" Tigris asked, pointing at a booth seat nearby. "My boys are here too. What about you?"

Linda gestured at Frank with her chin. "That's our new manager. He's quite a looker... Now help me get him drunk!"

They were clearly close enough to be candid, and Tigris nodded. "Haha! Well, he's in for it this time! Let's work together-I'll back you up!"

Linda's eyes lit up-thank goodness she had a buddy like Tigris to help! Nora could well give up now!

Soon, they returned to Linda's seat. "Let me introduce you to Tigris, Mr. Frankton. He works at our company too."

"Tigris, this is Mr. Lugh Frankton. He's close friends with Mr. Chand."

Tigris held out a hand right then. "Hello, Mr. Frankton! We're brothers from now on-if you ever need help, just ask. I'll never refuse you!"

There were cases where the subordinates turned out just like their leader, and it was the case for Jason-all the men under his employment were the straightforward type, which pleased Frank. Shaking Tigris' hand, Frank smiled. "Certainly not. I'll be counting on your help from now on myself."

"Alright! Let's drink up!" Tigris exclaimed, pouring a full glass for Frank.

"Let's!" Both men clinked their glasses and chugged their drinks.

"These are my boys," Tigris then introduced. "They are all good kids!"

Tigris' men certainly caught his drift, and each of them took turns drinking with Frank.

Nora was left fuming in turn-were they even allowed to bring in backup?!

"Hold it!" she snapped. "You can stay in your corner, Tigris! Don't bother us!" However, Tigris was a man with a mission and was not so easily swayed.

"Come on, Nora," he groaned. "How could we leave so soon? We've just met Mr Frankton, and it's been a while since we drank. You don't mind paying for us, right, Linda?"

IMS

"Of course not!" Linda exclaimed. "We're all girls here, so we were worried it might make Mr. Frankton uncomfortable. Thanks for the assistance!" She could really give the brat a thumbs-up right then.

"Don't worry, Linda!"

Tigris gave her a knowing okay sign while whipping out a cigarette for Frank. "By the way, where are you staying, Mr. Frankton?"

Frank turned down the cigarette. "I have yet to rent a place, so I'm thinking about staying at a hotel!"

Tigris' eyes lit up in turn. "Come on, a hotel? You're a close friend of Mr. Chand, and he'd snap at us if he found out!

"I've actually rented a place with

three rooms and a living room near our office. It's spacious and empty, and there's no one else staying there... You can take a room of you don't mind!"

Tigris' reasoning was flawless, and Frank could only say, "I don't mind, though it'd be imposing."

Tigris promptly shook his head. "Of course not! We at Gold Phoenix

should always help each othe

That's what everyone did when started work here!"

Seeing that Tigris was quite earnest, Frank nodded and raised his glass. "Thank you very much, then!"

"You're always welcome!" Tigris laughed. "We're brothers now!"

After clinking glasses with Frank, Tigris then flashed an okay sign at Linda, who lit up in delight.

Oh, Tigris... thank goodness she kept him around, and now, he was luring Frank into his house! Well, it was definitely happening!
