The King’s Omega – Chapter 20

The news that the king of the North died spread like wildfire. No one expected that such a strong man would follow in his wife’s footsteps years later. Dayana did not cry, neither did she on her birthday because that same day was the death of her mother. She only asked to be alone, without anyone bothering her during the day or mentioning anything about it to her.

Thiago respected what her consort asked, he did not argue with her and left her alone for as long as he wanted that day. Because they had to leave for the north so that he could take charge and thus leave someone in charge if the omega did not want it.

“We must go,” Dayana nodded, standing up. Are you sure you want to go?

“Of course,” she didn’t look at him. After all I am the queen of the North now.

—If you don’t want to be, I can order Simón to take charge until I’m ready.

He bit his thumb when a slightly older woman came in to check on the omega, and he wasn’t liking that. She was fearing the worst and no one told her anything about what was happening. Simón was next to her, controlling her so that she would not attempt suicide and end everything in the blink of an eye.

“We already have an answer, sir,” the woman reported, intertwining her fingers behind her back. The queen of the north is pregnant…

—What is she in what?

— In pregnancy, her pregnancy is something recent… it may be from one to a few weeks or days, it is not a sure thing.
