The Soldier's Unsurpassable Honor -
Chapter 3974
The world was one where opportunity and danger existed hand in hand. If he did not take the risk, then the opportunity would not be his own. He turned around to look at his fellow disciples before his gaze landed on Yeagan. "Bring us over there right now! Go as fast as you can. Everyone else, follow behind me! We can't let that guy escape!"
Yeagen nodded vigorously. He was just about to turn around when Triton grabbed him. Triton took out a bottle of pills from his spatial ring and put it into Yeagen's palm, "This is a holy treatment medicine. Take it quickly!" Yeagen nodded slowly before he opened a bottle. The dense fragrance coming from the bottle made him feel relaxed. Everyone else suddenly looked at Yeagen with looks of admiration. The pill did not look cheap. Yet, Yeagen was about to have it. Yeagen naturally felt those looks of admiration. He could not help but feel a sense of mockery in his heart. Triton did not give him the pill because Triton favored him or as a reward. Triton just wanted to speed up his recovery so they could reach the place as fast as possible. Triton was just trying to get the most out of him. There was nothing to admire. Even though he thought that way, Yeagen did not show it on his face. He hurriedly took the pill.
The pill immediately turned into a wave of warmth around his body the moment it entered his stomach. It spread throughout his internal organs, and he suddenly felt a lot more spirited. He could feel Triton's sense of urgency. For the sake of the plan, Yeagen did not dare to delay things at all. He summoned up his true energy and immediately jumped into the air, bringing everyone toward the southwest.
Yeagen was in front while Triton let their fellow disciples behind. For safety's sake, Triton did not advance alone and brought his fellow disciples along. On the way there, Yeagen turned around to look at his fellow disciples.
There were over a dozen people
including Triton. Yeagen raised an eyebrow as various thoughts surfaced in his mind. Sure enough everything had been predicted perfectly. Everything that happened was within their expectations. Yeagen's thoughts ran wild, and he was in no mood to think about how much time had passed.
Just as he was thinking about things, they arrived at the
destination. It was a small forest in
the middle of a grassland. The forest was not that large, but it was
rit
incredibly dense. Looking over was green everywhere. Other than that, nothing else could be seen.
Everything was concealed quite well.
Even if Triton widened his eyes, he could see nothing. Once Yeagen landed, he anxiously signaled with his hands, not daring to speak too loudly. Looking at Yeagen, Triton understood that they had arrived. He nodded at Yeagen, indicating that he understood.
Yeagen pointed in a direction
somewhat anxiously, and Triton
immediately started to head there impatiently as if he was worried the opportunity would slip away if was too slow. He rushed over. Just like what Yeagen had said, the
more
they advanced, the more it looked like a battle had taken place.
Trees had fallen everywhere, and there were signs of an explosion. The more he moved forward, the more anxious Triton got. His steps became slower and more careful as well. Triton suddenly stopped before he looked at his fellow disciples viciously. He whispered, "Make sure you move quietly! If he notices us and he runs away, I won't let any of you off!"
His fellow disciples nodded at that, and Triton took a deep breath, ignoring them after that. He continued looking for Fane. The more they walked forward, the more collapsed trees there were. It meant they were getting close to the center of the explosion. Triton could clearly hear his heart rapidly beating. Victory was within his grasp! He constantly prayed that Fane had not left the place! After they advanced a bit more, he could vaguely make out a figure.
