The Supreme Man: Took Everything in Power
Chapter 604 Victoria's Drinking Capacity

The person on the other line sighed. "I am completely helpless in this situation because it involves a case from 17 years ago."

Jarett knew that he had many secrets, so he didn't probe any further. "Then I won't interrupt your discussion. Let's catch up another time." Jarett hung up the phone with a serious look on his face.

The Nightfall Gang's leader left the underworld, and the police apprehended the majority of the other gang leaders.

This seems to be a sign that chaos is about to ensue.

Furthermore, this individual even made an appearance and spoke with the Jacobs leader.

Solaris Province appears to be in for a rough ride.

In a private room at Jeanne D'Arc, Kingsley was seated on the opposite side of Victoria.

Victoria poured him a cup of tea with a smile. "Here, Boss Nicholson. This is our finest tea. Try it."

"I can tell this tea is good just by smelling the aroma!" Kingsley beamed.

Furthermore, it's the tea you made for me. I'm getting drunk just thinking about it!"

"You and your cheeky mouth!" Victoria gave a narrowed-eyed smile. "If you really want to get drunk, do you want to drink with me tonight and see who can hold their liquor better?"

At her words, Kingsley paused for a moment, then quickly waved his hand. "Forget it! I definitely can't drink as much as you can."

Kingsley could hold his liquor well, but he didn't dare to be reckless in front of Victoria.

When they were living in the orphanage, Joseph enjoyed drinking liquor before meals. Victoria would always take a sip or two when Joseph wasn't looking.

Later on, she decided that a few sips wouldn't do and stole an entire bottle of liquor from Joseph!

During that time, Joseph would always complain about how quickly his liquor ran out.

However, Kingsley had never witnessed Victoria being drunk. Keep in mind that she was only in her teens at the time!

More than ten years later, Kingsley could only imagine how frightening Victoria's drinking capacity had become!

Thinking of this, Kingsley smiled awkwardly. "I can't compete with your drinking capacity, Victoria. I concede defeat!"

"Hmm?" Victoria gave him an odd look. "How do you know I can hold my liquor when you've never had a drink with me before?"

"Uh..." Kingsley rubbed his chin. "It was a guess! Since you're a strong woman, Victoria."

Just as Victoria was about to ask something, a member of Jeanne Gang knocked on the door and entered. "Hey, Boss, someone is looking for you."

"Who is it?"

"The owner of Thinking Cup Coffee, Xaria Heart."

Upon hearing the name Xaria, Victoria immediately smiled. "Let her in."

However, Kingsley frowned.

He had always felt that Xaria, the manager of Jadeland Heights Hotel and the owner of Thinking Cup Coffee, was a bit strange.

He couldn't quite pinpoint what was strange about her, though!

Xaria entered at that precise moment and said, "Victoria, I need your assistance with something."

She was in the middle of speaking when she noticed Kingsley.

Xaria was taken aback. "Hey, Dr. Nicholson, you're here too!"

Kingsley nodded. "Nice to see you again, Miss Heart."

"What's wrong, Xaria?" Victoria gestured for her to sit down and asked, "Do you need my help with something?"

Xaria gracefully took a seat. "I have a friend whose grandfather suddenly fell into a deep coma and has been bedridden and unconscious. I knew that Dr. Nicholson knows some long-forgotten medical skills, so I wanted you to help me ask Dr. Nicholson to lend a hand and treat him..."

As she spoke, her beautiful eyes turned to look at Kingsley. "I didn't expect that Dr. Nicholson is here too."

Victoria then also looked at Kingsley. "Kingsley, why don't you go take a look? Saving a life is an infinitely beneficent act! Furthermore, Miss Heart is very kind, so please help her just this once."
