The Supreme Man: Took Everything in Power -
Chapter 606 Is This the God of Medicine?
"I got you. Let me introduce you to the God of Medicine, Dr. Nicholson," Xaria hurriedly said.
Then, she turned to Kingsley and said, "And this is Andrew Kean, the Young Master of Kean Corporation."
When Kingsley heard the name Andrew Kean, he was slightly taken aback. He did not expect that the haggard young man in front of him was the legendary Young Master Andrew.
The two of them could be described as long-time friends who had not seen each other in a long time.
The first time they were supposed to meet was when Ysabel arranged for Reene and Andrew to go on a blind date. However, Andrew did not show up because his teacher, Boris Oakley, had gone missing. The second time was when the Keans hosted a banquet for Ares, and Kingsley left the banquet because he wanted to teach Alex a lesson.
They missed each other on both occasions. Today, they finally met!
At the same time, Kingsley was a little confused as to how Xaria was related to Andrew.
Wasn't Andrew overseas in Sweoya and just returned not too long ago?
Just as Kingsley was pondering over this, Andrew looked at him with a puzzled look and said, "This... this is the God of Medicine? Xaria, you're not kidding, are you?" Kingsley was too young!
He was so young that he looked like a college student who had not yet graduated!
He did not look like someone with the title of the God of Medicine.
"To be honest, I've never seen Dr. Nicholson practices medicine," Xaria said as she chuckled.
"But during the Medical Forum that was held at Jadeland Heights, all the doctors were talking about how skilled Dr. Nicholson is! They couldn't stop talking about him!"
Upon hearing this, Andrew scanned Kingsley again. "I think I've heard of a Dr. Nicholson who has recently emerged, but this man here is too young. Could he be an imposter?" Xaria's expression did not change. "What, you don't trust me?" she asked.
"Of course, I trust you, Xaria!" Andrew gritted his teeth.
"Forget it. We don't have a better option. Let him give it a try!"
Although he said that, his eyes still showed a lack of trust towards Kingsley.
"Dr... Dr. Nicholson, please follow me."
Kingsley did not say much and followed Andrew into the bedroom.
The bedroom was extremely large, nearly a hundred square meters.
When Kingsley entered the room, he could see a huge, luxurious bed in the middle.
An elderly man in his eighties was lying on it.
His face was pale, and his eyes were shut tightly. His lips were a strange shade of blue as well.
Various antique furniture was arranged around the huge bed, but at the moment, they were all overshadowed by the well-dressed men and women standing by the bed.
They were all family members of the Keans, who had rushed from all over upon hearing that Julian Kean had fallen into a coma.
Among them all, Stanley Kean, chairman of the Kean Corporation, stood out. His eyes were bloodshot, and his dark circles were so noticeable that they were distracting. Kean Corporation had developed to this extent not only because of Stanley's efforts but also because of Julian's presence.
If Julian passed away, the Keans would lose a large part of their connections.
In order to grow a company to the level of Kean Corporation, contacts with officials from the city and provincial governments were essential.
Even though those officials respected Julian, they did not necessarily respect Stanley in the same way.
At this moment, Stanley had lost his usual successful demeanor and was just standing by the bed, sighing with grief.
His father had suddenly fainted a few days ago, and despite visits to major hospitals, no doctor could identify the cause of the illness.
They all told him to take his father home and prepare for the funeral.
For the past few days, Julian could only sustain his bodily functions by receiving nutrient fluids and liquid food, but there was no sign of him waking up. Stanley had been so concerned that his hair was beginning to turn white.
Seeing his dejected appearance, the Keans all tried to encourage him to remain optimistic.
