The Supreme Man: Took Everything in Power
Chapter 635 The Wynns Siblings' Malice

Thoughts of the agreement caused Ysabel to shut her mouth as well; their relationship as mother and daughter ended when that agreement was signed.

Now that she didn't have Reene as a bargaining chip, she no longer had the guts to provoke Kingsley on a willy-nilly!

"Alright, that settles it, then." Clarence waved his hand as they arrived at an accord. "I'll arrange for someone to take a look at the house in the next two days. Prepare your things and get ready to move." Once he said that, he walked upstairs with a desolate expression on his face.

The once-prominent chairman now had a hunched posture as he ambled with unsteady steps, like an elderly person nearing their final moments.

Mia, who had remained silent the entire time, saw her father's resolute decision to drop the matter. Her mind wandered elsewhere as she leaned against the back of the couch. Even her mental state seemed even more listless than Alex, who was sitting in a wheelchair!

Now that she had been successively abandoned by Ethan and Nicholas, she was now recognized in their circle as a forsaken woman. Thus, after she was forced to endure such setbacks, Mia, who used to place great importance on her appearance, now appeared disheveled and poorly dressed.

It seemed as though she hadn't bothered to groom herself in a long time.

She signaled to Alex with her eyes. "Let me take you back to your room."

Then, she stood up and pushed the wheelchair toward the adjacent bedroom, leaving Elijah and Ysabel to remain seated in the living room.

Ysabel glanced at the figures of Alex and Mia as she wiped the tears from her face and whispered to Elijah, "The Wynn Family is completely ruined, there's no hope. Once your eldest brother sells the house, we have to secure a larger share of the money for ourselves..."

While Ysabel set her greedy sights on the Wynn Family's wealth, Mia slowly closed the door to Alex's bedroom.

Alex became puzzled. "Mia, do you have something to say to me?"

"Alex, are you really fine with just letting things happen as it is?" Mia's eyes revealed a hint of malice. "It's obvious that this is a trap set by Reene and Kingsley just for us! Our father is growing old, so he isn't willing to fight for even a sliver of hope, but are you content with becoming an ordinary person just like this?"

"What are you suggesting? Are you planning to confront Reene and Kingsley?" Alex furrowed his brow.

"Yes! Kingsley has caused me to lose my fiancé twice! I will never forgive him for this!" Mia gritted her teeth and continued with a snarl, "I will make him pay and never allow him to replace peace!" Alex tightly clenched his fists in response. "I, too, want to eliminate him! But given my current condition, even going outside poses a challenge. How can I possibly deal with him?"

"Alex, do you happen to know anyone influential in the underworld?" Mia said as her eyes gleamed with pure unadulterated malevolence, "We don't need you to personally do the deed; we can replace someone else to do our dirty work!"

Alex shook his head. "Kingsley holds some influence in the underworld as well. It would be challenging to confront him using this method!"

"Who told you that we would confront him directly?" Mia smirked coldly. "Let's go after Reene instead! Being a woman, she is completely defenseless! Isn't Kingsley deeply attached to his older sister? If we target Reene, it will cause him more pain than directly targeting him!"

Alex smacked his wheelchair in realization. "Right! Why didn't I think of that?! If they won't let us live in peace, we'll make them suffer for a lifetime!"

With that, he retrieved his phone and began scrolling through his contacts, murmuring to himself, "I do know someone from the underworld, and he holds quite a significant position there. I think he is the second-in-command of one of the factions! I'll give him a call and ask if he can assist us with this favor!"

After a brief moment, Alex's eyes lit up. "Found him! I'll call Rupert right away!"

Meanwhile, a phone suddenly rang in a rented dilapidated one-bedroom apartment in the old city area of Cleapolis.

The apartment was at least twenty years old. It was so old that its wallpaper was peeling off. Despite the daylight outside, the room was dimmed due to the drawn curtains. There was only a tiny gap allowing a faint ray of light to trickle in...
