The Supreme Man: Took Everything in Power -
Chapter 876 Dream On!
"Mr. Renner, there's no need for you to worry," Xaria reassured with a smile.
"Mr. Nicholson is not only a renowned medical expert, but also a prominent figure in the underworld. Do you think there is anything inappropriate about him treating you?"
In other words, Kingsley was associated with the underworld and had absolutely no connection with the military.
Boris gradually felt more at ease after hearing her explanation.
He had heard rumors that in the Empire of Qustia, the military and the underworld were completely separate entities.
If this Mr. Nicholson holds a prominent position in the underworld, then he definitely wouldn't be involved with the military!
Boris pondered for a moment before saying, "Then... we'll take it one step at a time."
Kingsley knew right then and there that he had successfully taken the first step in infiltrating their organization.
He was very satisfied with this outcome.
He smiled and said, "I didn't bring any medical tools this time. I will treat you during my next visit."
As he said this, he could barely keep the cold, vicious smile off his face.
Treat you?
Dream on!
You'd better remain an amnesiac patient while I'm busy rooting out all the spies in Qustia!
Xaria was utterly unaware of Kingsley's thoughts as she continued to speak in a sweet voice, "Then, Mr. Nicholson, please take care... Oh, by the way, Mr. Nicholson, do you still have my contact information? I gave you my business card when we met in Jadeland Heights."
"I lost the business card," Kingsley replied casually. "Didn't you say that you've memorized my number? Just send me a text when you're free."
Xaria nodded. "Okay, contact me once your schedule clears up. I'll make sure to send you to Mr. Renner personally."
"Alright."
Kingsley knew he couldn't linger any longer in order to avoid raising their suspicions.
So, he stood up and said, "Then, I'll take my leave now. I'll research ways to treat Mr. Renner's illness."
"Mr. Nicholson, I'll see you off."
Xaria accompanied Kingsley Nicholson to the villa's entrance, watched him enter the car, and then returned to the courtyard. Kingsley's eyes turned glacial as he regarded the closed gate.
This trip resolved the issue of Stork getting close to Victoria and laid the foundation for infiltrating their organization in the future. Nonetheless, this was just the beginning!
The path to eliminating all the spies of the Empire of the Setting Sun was still a long and arduous journey!
Kingsley tapped his fingers on the steering wheel lightly as he mused, "This Stork, as the young lady of Guido Club, holds a very special status. By utilizing her, perhaps we can accomplish more than just thwarting this one sabotage plan. I'm certain she could be of great value in the future!"
He secretly decided that he would have to maintain a good relationship with this Xaria Kelly for now.
There was a chance she could be the key to completely dismantling the Empire of the Setting Sun's spy network!
Meanwhile, in the bedroom on the second floor of the villa, Boris expressed his concerns, protesting, "Miss Kelly, I still think your decision is too risky. Although he is not a military man, there's no guarantee that he won't discover our identities."
Xaria replied seriously, "There's no other choice. In order to retrieve your memories, we have to take this risk! Besides, I don't believe Mr. Nicholson poses a threat to us."
Boris inquired, "How can you be so sure? Do you know him?"
"Not yet." Xaria's eyes sparkled. "However, he is an exceptional individual. I am confident that I can win him over to Empire of the Setting Sun! In other words, he will eventually be one of us. So, I'm certain that he poses no threat!"
Boris sighed when he saw the expression on her face. He had already noticed that Xaria seemed to admire Kingsley. Perhaps, she might even love him!
"Miss Kelly, my memories are only up until the time I boarded the plane to Qustia. It has no impact on our plan," Boris said. "So, it's not a problem even if I can't retrieve my memories! Why do we have to dwell on the memories I've lost?"
Xaria's face revealed a complex expression upon hearing his objections...
