After enjoying a baseball match, Marco drove his car to one of the city's aquariums, called the Shedd Aquarium. The Shedd Aquarium is the largest indoor aquarium in the world, housing thousands of different species. This has earned it numerous awards, which piqued Letta's curiosity. Earlier, Letta had inquired about fascinating things in Chicago, and Marco suggested that this aquarium might be to Letta's liking.

"Is it still far away?" Letta asked, prompting Marco to nod.

"Yes, we're almost there. Why?" Marco asked.

"No, I just want to eat something. It seems she's getting hungry," Letta said, making Marco gaze at her round stomach. A few minutes earlier, Letta had just devoured a large bag of candy, popcorn, and a hot dog, not to mention the juice and salad she had already consumed. Marco fell silent before attempting to understand his wife's appetite.

"What do you want right now? Don't say you want something sweet like ice cream or anything else," Marco said again, making Letta shake her head.

"I want cotton candy," Letta said, making Marco look at her in disbelief.

"Come on, where can we get something sweet like that? Besides, you shouldn't eat foods with a lot of sugar. It's better to have some other healthy snacks like whole-grain biscuits or fruits. If you want, I can pull over and replace something for you," Marco said, making Letta shake her head again.

"No, I really want cotton candy. It seems like it would be so delightful to enjoy while we're on our way. I want to taste cotton candy that will melt in my mouth. It's bound to be sweet," Letta said, imagining the experience, leaving Marco silent before slamming the steering wheel and pulling over to the side of the road, causing Letta to immediately look around.

"What's wrong with the car?" Letta asked, making Marco once again just shake his head while gazing at his spouse.

"So, you want something sweet and melting in your mouth?" Marco asked.

"Sure, that will definitely make my mood even better," Letta said. And the next moment, without a word, after Letta finished speaking, Marco suddenly grabbed Letta's nape and pressed their lips together. Letta didn't even have time to push Marco's shoulder before his tongue slipped between her lips. Letta felt the warmth of their tongues intertwining. She didn't even care about the cars passing by, possibly noticing the two of them. When Marco released their lip lock, Letta just blinked her eyes, her face turning red. Marco was seen wiping Letta's glistening lower lip due to his own mischief.

"See, you don't need cotton candy to improve your mood. That's also melting and sweet," Marco said, winking, before stepping on the gas pedal again. Letta couldn't even comment at all. Letta seemed to need a moment to come to her senses from her surprise, before finally playfully patting her husband's shoulder.

"Come on, are you teasing me at a time like this? What I really want is cotton candy, not like just now," Letta said, making Marco just shrug nonchalantly.

"It's practically the same thing. Besides, you didn't refuse at all. You enjoyed it too, right? And I think it's better for improving our mood. Isn't that right?" Marco said, making Letta stare at him in disbelief, not understanding how Marco could come up with such a defensive reasoning.

"Next time, I'll replace you some cotton candy. So, for now, it seems we'll have a hard time. Especially around the road to the aquarium. It seems there's no seller like that. So, I'll substitute it with dessert. How about that?" Marco asked, making Letta heave a long sigh. After all, she couldn't force the issue as their destination was about to be reached. Finally, a few minutes later, they truly arrived at the Shedd Aquarium, which once again amazed Letta with the beauty of the massive aquarium.

"Wow, are there really thousands of species here?" Letta asked, looking around.

"Who knows, I've never counted," Marco replied nonchalantly, prompting Letta to pinch her husband's firm stomach once again.

"Come on, isn't it in the guidebook there too? You can read it and explain it to me," Letta said as Marco was about to pick up a brochure about the aquarium.

"Later we'll follow the person who will explain about this aquarium, so I don't need to read it," Marco said, seeming reluctantly willing to go to the place.

"Yet you were the one who recommended going to this aquarium, but you seem unwilling," Letta said, making Marco fall silent.

"I still haven't had enough of the sweetness we shared in the car earlier. Should we quickly go to the restroom? It seems that after that, I'll be re-energized," Marco said, making Letta widen her eyes.

"Not at all. You didn't even ask for permission earlier. You did that all of a sudden," Letta said, as Marco was about to speak again, but Letta placed her index finger on Marco's lips.

"Enough, no more silly requests. It's better for us to walk now and see the beauty of this aquarium. Look at the fishes," Letta said, making Marco nod once again, following his wife's request. After a few minutes of strolling inside the aquarium, Letta widened her eyes when she saw some cute and adorable animals, prompting Letta to walk directly to the large glass in front of her.

"Turns out there are penguins here too. Look, they're cute, aren't they?" Letta said, making Marco just look at her with his predictable usual gaze.

"Are they okay being confined like this?" Letta asked again.

"Of course, the aquarium management has ensured the right temperature for them and provided good food. Everything's fine," Marco said, making Letta nod her head.

"Can we also keep them at home?" Letta asked, making Marco look at her with disbelief.

"Are you sure you can take care of them properly? If the penguins can't be well taken care of, it's better for them to stay in their habitat, the South Pole, or just in this aquarium," Marco said, making Letta pause for a moment before looking at her husband again.

"Don't they live in the North Pole?" Letta asked curiously.

"No, there are many polar bears there," Marco said casually, making Letta playfully hit her husband in exasperation.

"I'm serious," Letta said again.

"I'm serious too. They wouldn't be able to survive in the North Pole because there are many predators living there. Whereas in the South Pole, they are nearly the top of the food chain. So, yes, like kings in a territory. They're already like kings in the South Pole," Marco said, making Letta nod.

"Are you a penguin lover too?" Letta asked, making Marco shake his head.

"No," Marco replied shortly.

"Then why do you know so much about penguins?" Letta asked again.

"Come on, dear, it's basic knowledge from our school days. Many people know about penguins and their facts, even if they're not penguin enthusiasts," Marco said, still with a relaxed face, making Letta convinced that her husband really had a sharp mind. That's why he was the manager of the renowned Jovanka assets in many prominent countries.

"Are there no bears in the South Pole?" Letta asked again, making Marco shrug.

"Who knows, I've never been there," Marco replied.

"That's also basic knowledge. Don't you know it?" Letta asked.

"I didn't have the time to survey them one by one, so all I know is that the South Pole is the habitat of penguins. That's it. Let's continue our journey and see other species that seem cuter than these penguins, okay?" Marco said, seeming to be growing tired of his wife's questions, making Marco feel exasperated.
