"It's because of the condition of Letta that is getting worse, Marco is taking care of all his work at home. At the office, as usual, Marco would instruct Pedro and his other secretaries to take care of everything. Marco is now focused on the flat screen in front of him, checking some incoming messages, and finishing the reports given by Pedro. However, for some reason, his focus still couldn't be on his work. This made Marco finally let out a long sigh, leaning back on the big chair behind him, and roughly rubbing his face.

Last night, Letta was able to fall back asleep after being examined by the doctor. However, in the morning, Letta complained again that her head was throbbing severely. Letta also complained that her body felt very cold, even though her body temperature was high enough to be considered normal. Marco's thoughts stopped when his phone rang, displaying Helena's name, prompting Marco to answer it immediately. "Hello, Mom," Marco answered.

"How is your wife doing?" Helena asked, making Marco pause for a moment.

"Her condition is still weak, even though the doctor has examined her. But the doctor couldn't do anything, and he just gave her calming medication and pain relievers," Marco said, making Helena also pause as if thinking about the current condition of her daughter-in-law.

"What about Freya there? Is she fussy?" Marco asked.

"No, she's playing very actively as usual, and yes, she really likes her grandfather," Helena replied, making Marco at least breathe a sigh of relief with the good condition of his daughter. Marco thought maybe Freya would feel uncomfortable in the new place with her grandparents, but it turned out to be unexpected.

"I will send the new breast milk for Freya later," Marco said.

"Yes, you should do that," Helena replied.

"Whatever happens with your wife, never make any more mistakes, especially now that Freya is between you. Mommy is already tired enough with your relationship from the beginning," Helena said, making Marco fall silent. Although Marco knew that Helena initially did not approve of him, Marco knew that her inner self wanted the best for her son's marriage.

"Okay, Mommy's words will be remembered," Marco said, then hung up the phone. Marco didn't know and still couldn't decide what was best for Letta. His thoughts stopped when his phone rang again, and now it was Pedro who started calling him.

"Hello, how is it going? Have you found information about that woman?" Marco asked.

"Yes, sir," Pedro answered, making Marco sit up straight.

"Who is she, does she have any connection to Letta's past?" Marco asked again, making Pedro seem to weigh the answer he would give to Marco.

"That's right, sir. It turns out that the middle-aged woman is Sean's mother," Pedro answered, making Marco feel his heart beating fast. Of course, Marco still remembered Sean, the man who had been part of Letta's life a few years ago. "Why was she at the hospital?" Marco asked again.

"Since she lost contact with her son, she has been experiencing depression and anxiety. She seemed like a crazy person, but her family never sent her to the hospital. She was treated at the same hospital where you met her. It seems that it was at that time when the middle-aged woman became hysterical after meeting with Mrs. Letta. After I found out, the middle-aged woman blamed the disappearance of Sean on the disappearance of Mrs. Letta at that time, and the pressure she has been feeling until now is due to not having seen the body of her missing son," Pedro explained, making Marco rub his face roughly.

Of course, that woman would never replace her son Sean's body, as Marco had instructed Pedro to dispose of the man who dared to try to harm Letta. However, it was also not good news for Marco to receive. Slowly, one by one, the people who were previously in Letta's life began to reappear. Was this indeed the destiny shown by the Lord to make Letta remember everything again, Marco thought, as he was about to contact someone else.

When the door of his office opened, Letta appeared and stood silently in the doorway with a pale face, making Marco slightly startled and immediately getting up from his seat.

"Darling, what are you doing here? You should still be resting. Look at your condition, still weak, and your face still looks pale," Marco said, but Letta just shook her head.

"I'm too bored to keep staying in the room. [have taken my medication and had my breakfast. At least I want to take a walk," Letta said, making Marco finally hug his wife.

"Forgive me for leaving you for a while. I had to take care of some work," Marco said again, making Letta nod her head.

"I miss Freya. Can't we bring Freya back here?" Letta asked, looking at Marco, making Marco release his hug and lift his head.

"No, it would be pitiful for Freya and for yourself if we bring her back now. So, the safest place for our little princess to stay is at her grandparents' house. I also don't want you to be too busy taking care of Freya with your current condition. You really need to recover. If not, it would be pitiful for Freya. She should also not be too close to you with your body temperature fluctuating like this," Marco said again, making Letta immediately put on a sad face.

"Even just once, I can't meet her, just once," Letta said, making Marco look into Letta's eyes full of longing. Of course, not only Letta, but he also missed the laughter of their little princess very much.

"I promise, once you start to recover and your face is not as pale as it is now, I will take you to meet Freya. So, for now, it's better for you to rest first so that your body condition improves. After that, you can meet Freya. How about that?" Marco said, which seemed to leave Letta with no other choice before she finally nodded. Marco pulled Letta back into his embrace.

"Come on, don't dwell on unimportant things too much. The doctor said your current condition is because you've been thinking too much about something. You can tell me if anything is bothering you. You don't have to burden yourself with it, which makes you like this," Marco said again, making Letta nod her head.

"I'm sorry, I really didn't intend to remember anything, but I don't know why every night I have that nightmare again. I wish I could distinguish it from reality," Letta said, making Marco worried about his wife's current condition. “In that case, instead of discussing unpleasant things, how about I accompany you to sit in the park? Didn't you say you're bored of being in the room all the time?" Marco said, making Letta nod her head.

"Of course, that's why I came to bother you, so you could accompany me for a walk in the park," Letta said, making Marco nod his head.

"Alright, then we'll sit in the park. Besides, the sunlight is very good for your condition," Marco said, making them go outside and descend the stairs to the garden next to their house. Letta closed her eyes as she leaned on Marco's shoulder, enjoying the warmth of the morning sun that was now hitting her skin while trying to regulate her breathing slowly. After that, Letta felt her body, which had previously been trembling fiercely, slowly starting to feel warm. "How's the weather? Nice, isn't it?" Marco said, making Letta nod her head while still keeping her eyes closed.
