Letta fell silent, looking at Freya who had just finished dressing up. Freya, now 15 months old, seemed to be getting smarter. Every day, she could already say a few simple words, and it made Letta even happier to watch the little princess develop rapidly. However, the next moment, Letta's smile faded as she faced the reality they had to face in the future. Letta bowed her head, looking at her little princess who was now smiling sweetly at her. "I'm sorry, my dear. This is the best path we have to take. I don't want us to live with people who have deceived us. I also don't want us to live with a very dark past in this house. Maybe, when you grow up, you will say that it was your mother's selfishness, but for me, this is the best way to repay us. He also has to feel the enormity of the loss and the pain that I have been feeling all this time," Letta said as she reached out her hand, gently caressing Freya with affection. Letta then got up from her seat, looking at the large room she had been occupying. Until her steps stopped when she saw a picture hanging very neatly.

The first one was a picture of her and Marco's wedding. For some reason, Letta always felt the picture was very strange to her. Although at first, Marco said it was their happy day, Letta's intuition was always right because in the picture, it was not happiness that radiated, but rather pressure and a sense of responsibility on her face, her hand holding her stomach where the fetus that should have been hers now Lettta couldn't have. This made Letta put the photo down, turning to the picture where a happy smile radiated on her face as she held Freya, and Marco behind her. However, the next moment, Letta clenched her fists. Letta chose to place the photo upside down. For some reason, Letta felt that all that happiness was a false happiness that Marco created for himself, and Letta was engulfed in the drama that Marco had created for her.

For some reason, just thinking about it made Letta feel suffocated. Suddenly, her eyes became teary, thinking about how the happiness she had considered real was actually just a lie. After all her memories came back, the happiness slowly crumbled, replaced by the pain of the past she had faced and experienced in that large house. For Marco, it was so easy for him to cover it up with a fortress that divided the large house to ward off his own past. This made Letta smile sadly, until finally, Letta chose to wipe her tears harshly. Letta immediately called for Desi, who was now knocking on the door and walking towards her.

"Ma'am, did you call me?" Desi asked, making Letta nod her head.

"We're going to mommy's house," Letta said, making Desi furrow her brow.

"Is that so? But I haven't prepared any provisions for Miss Freya and you on the trip," Desi said, making Letta shake her head.

"No need, mommy herself will send the driver here. I also spoke to Marco last night, and Marco allowed it. You don't need to prepare anything," Letta said, picking up some toys and putting them in the small bag she usually carried. "Is the Master okay if you don't go with a guard?" Desi asked, as she always knew that Marco always sent at least one guard if Letta wanted to leave the house.

"No need, mommy will take care of it. Grandpa and grandma seem to miss Freya. So last night they called, and Marco allowed it. Because we haven't gotten a new driver in this house yet, and it's too complicated to ask the guards. So mommy herself decided to pick me up and ensure the safety of me and Freya. You relax," Letta said, making Desi finally nod after being reassured by her great Lady.

"Will the Madam and Miss stay overnight there?" Desi asked, making Letta stop her hand movements. Letta then walked towards Desi and smiled.

"I don't know, maybe yes or no, depending on how comfortable Freya feels. Why would you feel lonely if we're not there?" Letta asked, making Desi slowly nod her head.

"Yes, since you and Miss Freya came to this house, for some reason, this house has become more lively. So if one of you is not here, it somehow becomes lonely again," Desi said, making Letta fall silent. What would the condition of this house be if she really left it forever, Letta thought, finally hugging Desi, making Desi slightly surprised.

"Don't worry, can't you liven up this house on your own, and also with other servants? Just consider this house as your own, because Marco is rarely at home as well. You can do anything in this house," Letta said, making Desi shake her head. "How could I be that good?" Desi said, making Letta chuckle.

"I was just kidding. What I meant is, if you feel lonely and empty as I said before, try to get some fresh air. Go out there, maybe if you count your leave, you can take it for the next few months. Haven't you never taken a break all this time?" Letta said, making Desi slightly quiet.

"Alright, for the future, I think I'll do what you say, ma'am," Desi said, making Letta nod.

"Okay, in that case, it seems that the driver mommy sent will be here soon. You can help me with that small bag. I will carry Freya," Letta said, making Desi nod her head. Desi immediately walked to get the small bag. However, for some reason, it felt a little heavy, making Desi think it might be Letta's preparation in case Freya wanted to stay there. Until they descended the stairs, Letta stopped in the middle of the stairs, looking at how vast the house she had been living in was. "You're right, this house would be very empty if Freya and I weren't here. It's too spacious, so I suggest you advise your master to downsize the house," Letta said jokingly, making Desi only smile along. Desi was glad to see Letta smiling more often lately compared to the difficult days she had gone through before.

"I'm glad, Madam is doing fine," said Desi, resuming her steps to follow Letta.

"Yes, I'm also happy. Finally, I can be alright and breathe easy," Letta said, making Desi nod her head. They then walked straight towards the terrace.

"If Marco asks later, just tell him ] left," Letta said, causing Desi to furrow her brow. However, as Desi was about to respond, suddenly the gate swung wide open, revealing a black car entering and stopping in front of the terrace. "The car has arrived. I have to leave now with Freya," Letta said, making Desi nod as she handed Letta her bag. Desi glanced slightly at the car where the driver was seen stepping out wearing sunglasses. "Enjoy your trip, Madam, because I didn't prepare any provisions for you,” Desi said, making Letta shake her head.

"You don't need to worry about us. You just need to remember my words, and I hope you'll always be happy," Letta said with a smile, leaving Desi feeling a little puzzled as she could only nod her head.

"Take care of yourself," Letta finally said as she immediately entered when the driver opened the door for her. Desi looked straight at the departure of the car, which slowly passed through the gate and disappeared from the view, leaving the large house owned by Marco. However, for some reason, even though Letta had said that she was only visiting Helena's house, the emptiness that now began to envelop Desi made her only clutch her chest. Desi felt something very suffocating within her heart as she watched the car even now disappearing from her sight. Even the atmosphere inside the house was very quiet as Letta and Freya left the house.
