Zachary made Noah tell him exactly what had happened. He fell silent after listening to Noah's explanation, saying, "He isn't that bad sometimes."

"Exactly! You think so too, right?" Noah's eyes were wide with anticipation.

Zachary nodded and replied, "Yes, but what could that mean? He even sent someone to rescue me before."

Noah felt somewhat disappointed once again. "So, are you still not willing to accept him then?"

Zachary fell silent once again. He only spoke after a while, saying, "I'll forgive him if Mom decides to forgive him."

Yvette had worked hard to raise the both of them on her own. They shouldn't forget about the struggles she had faced abroad just because Xavier was behaving slightly better now.

"It's a promise then!" Noah decided to gradually help Xavier out so that Yvette would fall in love with him once again.

Zachary ended the call without another word. He was just about to fall back asleep when Tristan opened the door.

He threw Zachary's backpack to him and said, "Rise and shine. It's time to wake up for school!"

Zachary groaned inwardly. He almost forgot that he was still a kindergarten student. He then sat up groggily and got dressed.

Tristan found it amusing. Zachary had never needed any parental supervision when going to school, much less shown such a sluggish reaction. "What did you do last night? Why are you still so sleepy now?" Zachary couldn't possibly tell him what he and Noah had been up to. "Nothing much."

The more he denied it, the more curious Tristan got.

Tristan personally took him to the kindergarten. He even assigned some bodyguards to stand guard around the kindergarten to prevent what had happened last week.

...

They finally arrived at the entrance of the kindergarten. Zachary saw Malcolm waiting by the entrance even before he had gotten out of the car.

As soon as he got out, Malcolm immediately ran toward him. After taking a closer look, he then hesitantly asked, "Are you Zac?"

"Who else would I be if not Zac?" Zachary asked, somewhat speechless.

Darren had also walked over and

said, "Malcolm said that someone

who looked exactly like you wea

their house, Zac. He even said that he's Macolm's uncle's son

Malcolm got upset when he heard Darren's words. He said, "His name is Noah or something-he's so annoying!"

Zachary wasn't upset at Malcolm calling Noah annoying. After all, he himself couldn't win against Noah. "Alright, let's go to class now."

Malcolm walked over to Zachary's

side. "Help me teach that boy who looks exactly like you a lesson, Zac. I'll make you a general manager when become the chairman of Lane Group in the future!"

Zachary patted his shoulders and deliberately teased him. "But what if I wanted to become the chairman instead?"

Malcolm was instantly at a loss for words. He couldn't focus at all during class. His mind kept wandering to Noah, wanting to punch him.

As Zachary refused to help out, he decided to get a few bullies to go to Xavier's house to punch Noah.

True to his word, Malcolm handed out a toy car each to several boys after school during the afternoon. He then instructed the driver to take them to Dewberry Manor.

The driver dared not agree to it and called Malcolm's parents instead.

Marlene seemed to have an idea upon hearing it and surprisingly agreed to it. "Just send Malcolm over to his uncle's house. He's just there to play with Noah."

It was evident that Noah was sickly. She thought it might actually be a good thing if the children were to cause any trouble for him.

Besides, none of them would need to take any responsibilities since they were just children.

With Marlene's tacit approval and some encouragement, the driver drove the boys to Dewberry Manor.
