Uncle's Love: My Sweet Little Wife -
Chapter 81 To Prove Kara's Innocence
During class, Kara was distracted again. Arya called her a few times, but Kara was still stunned and did not respond.
"Kara, you don't feel well, do you?" Arya was worried.
"No, I was thinking about Uncle James."
There was no secret between them, so Kara told Arya what had happened to James yesterday.
Arya was shocked, "So the rumors are true."
"What rumors?" Kara frowned, feeling that it was not a good thing.
"A few years ago, Mr. James's Grandma asked him to go on blind dates, but not once did he succeed. It was said that Mr. James disliked women but liked men. Some people did not believe and deliberately sent a few women to Mr. James.
"No matter how charming those women were, Mr. James never touched them. Few of them were hit by Mr. James and were sent to the hospital.
"Therefore, later, some people speculated that Mr. James either was sick or liked men. Because he was almost thirty years old but did not have a woman by his side."
Combined the rumors with what Kara had just said, Arya drew a conclusion, "I think your Uncle James is sick indeed. Maybe it is also true that he likes men." Kara didn't know what she could say.
Last night, he was sick. His hot body leaned against her back, and his hot breath blew on her neck... and that terrible kiss...
It must be because he suffered a strange disease, otherwise, he would not do those irrational actions.
As for whether James liked men or not, it had to be verified.
"Hey, what are you thinking about?" Arya stretched out her hand and waved it in front of Kara's eyes to let her return to her senses. "I'm fine. I'm just worried about Uncle James's condition."
Kara did not want to talk more about James, so she talked a few things about learning and changed the topic.
Suddenly, a paper ball hit Kara.
Kara looked down at the paper ball on the ground in confusion and turned to see Rose, who was provocative.
"Childish!"
Kara was too lazy to pay attention to Rose and continued to work on her papers.
Seeing that Kara ignored her, Rose became even angrier. She did not give up and threw a few more paper balls to disturb Kara.
She was not in the mood to study. Why Kara was pretending to be a good student?
All of a sudden, Arya turned around.
She grabbed a paper ball that Rose threw at her, and threw a book back, which accurately hit Rose's head.
In the quiet classroom, Rose suddenly shouted, and everyone looked at her.
"Rose, what's the matter?"
The teacher sitting on the podium heard Rose's painful cry and asked coldly.
"Teacher, Kara threw a book at me."
Rose stood up and pointed at Kara in anger.
Kara frowned. Rose was already in her third year of high school, and she even played such childish games. Her IQ was really worrying. "Teacher, I didn't."
"Teacher, Kara is quibbling. Her book is still in my hands." Rose proudly took out the book that Kara had thrown at her and tore it apart.
Arya put her headphones that she was listening to a song in Kara's ear. She asked Kara to continue to finish the test papers and not waste time for the bitch. Arya slowly stood up and glanced sideways at Rose with a mocking smile on her face.
"Teacher, if Kara says she didn't do that, then she didn't."
"If she didn't, how could my forehead have been injured?" Rose saw that Kara was still sitting, and the anger in her heart burned even more.
Since Kara dismissed the servants in the villa and drove the Quains out, they moved into a shabby apartment, and she lived a life like a servant in the Quain's.
Sophia directed her to do all kinds of chores that servants should do. The most hateful thing was that when she didn't want to do the chores, Sophia would threaten her and let her go back to her hometown. Thinking that all of this was because of Kara, she only wished she could smash Kara's head.
A loud voice was sounded.
In the eyes of everyone in the class, a book suddenly flew towards Rose. The book hit Rose's forehead, and she screamed out in pain and cried out miserably.
Everyone looked at the green and purple on Rose's forehead and touched their foreheads. They were scared.
"I said, if Kara didn't do that, then she didn't!"
Arya emphasized, then her tone changed as she looked at her teacher with a faint smile.
"To prove Kara's innocence, I did a demonstration. Teacher, have you seen clearly?"
The students in class and the teacher didn't say a word.
The teacher gained her senses back after a long while, and said to Arya in a gloomy face, "Arya, proving Kara's innocence can be just talked out. How can you throw a book to hit Rose? What can you do if something bad happens?"
"Teacher, nothing will happen. I seldom went out of the ninth ring. Not to mention to hit someone's flat face." Arya explained seriously.
"Arya, you have gone too far."
Rose gently touched her forehead. It was swollen and painful.
"Thank you for the compliment," Arya said with a provocative smile.
Rose was so angry as if she was about to vomit blood, but she could not beat Arya, so she only asked the teacher to teach Arya a lesson.
The teacher did not look good. Arya had hit Rose, so Arya should be punished.
In order not to affect the students' studies, the teacher put on a long face and ordered coldly.
"Arya, stand outside the classroom."
"Okay." Arya calmly accepted the punishment and pointed to the paper balls on the ground.
"If it wasn't for Rose smashing Kara paper balls, I didn't need to hit her. So, if I was punished to stand outside, Rose should stand outside too."
The teacher walked over and saw the paper balls on the ground. She opened them and saw a few lines of words written inside.
[Kara, you a bitch, invalid, why didn't you die earlier!]
[Kara, don't be complacent. You just wait. One day, I will kill you. ]
[...]
The teacher became furious. She knew that Kara was not in good health and often asked for leave to go to the hospital.
She had a daughter who was also not in good health, so she usually took special care of Kara. Thinking that if her own daughter was scolded by other students for "invalid" or "why didn't die early", she would definitely feel uncomfortable.
She walked to Rose's desk, took out her notebook, and compared those words with the notes. It was Rose's handwriting.
The teacher suppressed her anger and tried her best to restrain her emotions, "Rose, how vicious are you to hope that your own classmate will die!"
"Teacher, that... that was not written by me." Rose retorted.
Rose did not expect that her words would be seen by the teacher, and she panicked and quickly shirked responsibility.
"Rose, there's something wrong with your character. I am unable to teach you. Go replace another teacher to teach you." The teacher threw the paper balls at Rose's face and leave the classroom.
Looking at the teacher's indignant back, Rose still didn't understand what the teacher meant.
