She went up to they're room and grabbed her book. When she got back to his office she knocked on the door.

She curled up on the couch and started to read.Kane watched her for a moment she really was the most perfect person he'd ever known. He didn't think he could have lived through even a little bit of what she's lived through. He went back to getting his paperwork done.

About thirty minutes into getting his work done there was a knock on the door.

Kane and Summer were shocked when Olivia came in with a busted lip and black eye.Summer went to her and walked her to the couch. Olivia let me see your face. What happened?

I was in the woods collecting wild berries like I do everyday when I was suddenly punched and knocked out. I don't know what happened. Summer looked at Kane.

Kane called the doctor and went and sat at his desk.

Summer I think I was attacked by Hades. I could smell him. His mate and I were best friends and we were always together so I learned their smells.
