Summer woke up to a sharp pain in her back.

Ouch Kane woke up something isn't right!

Kane jumped up and looked at her.

It hurts my back and my stomach. Help call the doctor if something is wrong.

Baby breath. I'm calling Sam.

He dialed her number.

Something is wrong. Summers is in intense pain and she is bleeding.

He hung up and his door flew open and the lights came on.

Sam I'm scared I don't want to lose my baby.

Kane looked and saw Eric standing next to him.

You're my brother, you need support as much as she does. The doctor came rushing in and started to work on her.

Hun it's okay the doctor is here.

Luna lay down and it appears you're in labor. We don't have time to get you to the hospital. My nurse is here. Summer laid down against the pillows and Kane took her hand.

She pushed and pushed. She stopped when she heard a cry.

He put Luna out. He looks healthy and strong.

Okay the nurse is cleaning him up. Here he is.

The doctor put him in her arms. She looked down on him and smiled.

Hey, my baby boy, welcome to the world.

Kane looked at her.

I'm so proud of you. He is perfect just like you.

Thank you he looks like his daddy.

Kane kissed his head and kissed Summers lips.

Your perfect little one daddy loves you so much.

I have to take him just for a minute. I need to make sure he's okay.

Summer handed him over to the doctor.

We need to get you up and showered and changed.

Kane helped her up and walked her to the shower. I'll change the bed.

Kane walked her to the shower and helped her undress.

Let's get you cleaned up.

He helped her in and washed her as she stood letting the water hit her. She was exhausted.

I'm too tired to stand much longer.

He turned off the water and helped her out.

I'm gonna dry you off.

He helped her dry off and put clean close on even helped her put a pad on.

I am so glad that he's safe and now I get to hold him.

He picked her up and carried her to the bed. There was a bassinet sitting next to her side of the bed. He laid her down and sat next to her. They watched as their baby slept. He is strong and healthy. You need to get some sleep. When he wakes up he will be hungry. Are you going to breastfeed or bottle?

I'm going to try to breastfeed but if I cannot then he will be bottle fed.

Okay excellent I will see you guys tomorrow. I will be here at 10 to check on you and Jason Kane. Try to get some sleep and congratulations. Luna, you did very well.

Kane tucked Summer in and laid down next to her.

Her eyes drifted shut. He laid there staring at her and his baby who was asleep next to her feeling like a king. This night had been eventful in a good way. His eyes slowly closed as he fell asleep.
