The next day Kane woke up to a soft knock on the door.

Hold on, I'm coming.

Summer didn't move nor did their baby. He opened the door and the doctor was standing there.

They are both still asleep.

Kane closed the door and laid down next to Summer. She scooted closer to him and he turned on his side and held her as close as he could feeling like his life was complete now. I love you Baby girl.

She smiled in her sleep. He fell asleep at peace.

Shhh daddies sleeping little one.

Kane opened his eyes and saw Summer feeding their baby and talking softly to him. She was a natural.

Hey there, did we wake you?

No my love you guys didn't I gotta get up anyway.

Eric said to text him when you're up so you guys can discuss what to do about your brother.

Okay I'm going to shower and get dressed.

Love you too he walked over to where they were sitting and kissed her forehead and looked down on the little boy in her arms. He smiled and kissed him on the forehead too. I love both of you.
