Chapter 83

Joana cuddled little baby Jennifer by the fireplace of the quarters she and Derick had moved into after getting married, she rocked her to sleep, singing her one of the lullaby songs grandma Jen used to sing to her when she was little.

Being married to Derick, they still had their misunderstandings but now that they both shared a bed, they now had a place they where they could settle those little pending issues.

After a few years of getting married, Joana was more than surprised to replace out she was pregnant, she felt it was either the supreme council that just wanted to give her a gift, or the fact that she and Derick had had s*x like a million times till the point she conceived, she didn’t care for whatever reason she became pregnant, all that mattered was that her little bundle of joy was right there in her arms, and had brought nothing but happiness into their lives ever since she came. She named her baby Jennifer, after her grandmother, because she knew that her guardian angel would be happy that she had a baby on earth named after her. She knew grandma Jen was in a better place, and that her daughter would always remind her of her.

Dana, her daughter’s new godmother, was also surprised about the pregnancy and decided to dig a little deeper on it, there was no possible explanation, vampire births were pretty rare. Some people even that believed things like that didn’t exist but if a vampire could become a human, if a vampire could return the immortal life it had in exchange for death, if a woman could become a vampire on her wedding day, then of course, anything was possible.

She looked down and baby Jennifer smiled at her, she knew her baby was happy. Ever since baby Jennifer was born, she had been showered with nothing but love from mummy and daddy, her godmother dana, and her big uncle and aunty, Edmund and Hillary, and all that love came from a cold vampire castle.

Baby Jennifer was now asleep after a few minutes of rocking, she sat there waiting for her husband, he went out to hunt, and would soon be back with b***d in a sippy cup for baby Jennifer. As she waited, she began to remember how all of this started.

It all started with a raging headache on her wedding day, which led her to becoming the wedding day vampire, before she discovered a magical world she was now a part of, and her getting married to Derick, and finally conceiving baby Jennifer. How will this story end? Well, the real truth is that it never does, the life of a vampire is eternal and goes on forever. There is no end, but we can still allow a little pause.
