The drunk man was infuriated, but when he looked up and saw the man, he paused and said, "Mr. Young?"

"What are you looking at? Get out of here!"

The person was Timothy Young.

Coralie and Timothy had never met before, so even when they were face to face, they couldn't recognize each other.

"Thank you."

Coralie lowered her head and left quickly.

Timothy looked at Coralie's back and smiled frivolously. "I didn't expect to see this kind of waitress here."

When Coralie rushed into the bathroom, Timothy had also returned to his room in the club.

At this time, Skylar was already drunk, but Timothy did not drink much. Every time he came along with Skylar, he had always kept in mind his responsibility to send Skylar back in one piece. "Skylar, stop drinking."

Timothy felt uneasy looking at the new bottle of liquor Marian handed and thought it was Skylar who ordered it. "Why did you order again?"

Skylar ignored him and continued to drink.

"Brother, you already had gastrointestinal bleeding last time. If you continue doing this, your mother will be sure to cause an uproar in my house next time."

Timothy was really scared of Lillian Ford.

Last time, Skylar drank so much that there was an internal bleed in his stomach. When Lillian knew that Timothy was with him at that time, she barged into Timothy's company and chided him for being too reckless, for not caring about Skylar.

Timothy had been afraid of her since then.

"You can go. I'll rest in the back later," Skylar said.

There were rooms inside this club which served as resting places for the guests.

"Don't! I won't leave!"

Timothy shook his head desperately.

"I know what I'm doing. You can go now."

Skylar was lying on the sofa. His words were muddled, as if he was about to fall asleep.

"Why don't I take you home? Don't drink anymore. You've been drinking like this for every week in the past two years. You'll ruin your stomach sooner or later," Timothy said.

"It's okay. I know what I'm doing."

Skylar answered as he closed his eyes. Every time he got drunk, he would recall the incident when he was taken home by Coralie in his drunken state. At that time two years ago, he drank because of the failure of his project.

He dreamed of Coralie several times when he was drunk. He thought this was his only way to meet Coralie.

However, no one knew this secret.

"Don't joke with me now."

As Timothy said that, he was about to carry Skylar away and send him home.

"Go away!"

Skylar was displeased when he saw that Timothy was going to drag him away. He raised his fist and was about to hit him, but he stumbled and missed the target.

"Brother, come on, you're wasted. Save it," Timothy teased.

"You can go now. I'll take care of myself if something happens."

Skylar's stubbornness brought him back to the sofa.

Timothy saw that Skylar was immovable, so he had no choice but to look for Marian.

Marian, who was waiting for the chance, agreed without hesitation.

After Timothy left, she left Skylar as he drank for a while more. Then, Coralie went into Skylar's room in a pair of thick black-framed glasses.

Marian asked, "President Holland, do you need our help?"

"I'll go by myself. Give me the room card."

Skylar saw Marian coming over, so he raised his hand and shook her off.

"Sure, we'll send you there," Marian said. She quickly handed the room card to Skylar and continued, "It's still the same one as before." Coralie was listening on the side. It seemed that Skylar often spent the night here.

"Does he drink like this all the time?"

Coralie thought as her heart ached.

Although she really wanted to question Skylar about his current girlfriend, or even wife, she knew that she was not qualified to do so.

After all, it was someone else's affair now.

Skylar stood up and tried to walk to the room, forcing himself to be sober.

Coralie followed behind. Seeing that the man was walking stably and didn't seem to be drunk, she asked Marian in a low voice, "Marian, is he really drunk? Why is he walking so firmly?"

"Don't worry, he is drunk. President Holland has always maintained a good image in the public. We're used to it."

Marian saw that Coralie was worried, so she explained to her.

"Is that so?" She wondered.

Coralie felt that in the past, when Skylar was drunk in front of her, he didn't behave like this. He couldn't even manage to go upstairs in a straight line.

Marian was worried about Coralie. She reminded her, "But you have to be careful. Before this, we tried to arrange a girl for him on one occasion, but he kicked her down from the bed. So if you are injured, we'll not be responsible for that."

"I know."

Coralie nodded.

She felt that if Skylar still had even the slightest affection for her, maybe it would not turn out like this.

But he was drunk, so he probably would not recognise her either.

Coralie followed Skylar all the way to the room. When they arrived at the door of the room, Marian told Skylar, "President Holland, let this girl go into your room to sober you up, is that okay?"

When Marian was talking, she and Coralie were both nervous and afraid that Skylar would refuse.

Hearing Marian's words, Skylar looked up at Coralie, whose face was covered by glasses. He stared at her for some time before he gave his okay.

However, his voice was softer compared to all the times that Marian had known him.

Marian was shocked, but she still pretended to instruct Coralie, "Behave yourself. You know what you should and shouldn't do. If President Holland is resting, you need to come out immediately. Do you understand?"

Marian's words were meant for Skylar's ears.

However, when Skylar heard Marian's harsh voice towards Coralie, he suddenly raised his hand and held Coralie in his arms. He rebuked, "Get out! No one can scold my woman."

After he said that, both Marian and Coralie were stunned.

Coralie looked at Skylar through her thick glasses to check if he was awake.

Skylar looked like he was in turmoil, and it was obvious that he was drunk.

Marian was stunned for a moment before she immediately smiled, "Yes, yes, I won't scold her anymore."

After that, she winked at Coralie and left.

"How's it going?"

When Marian returned to the front desk, Xenia immediately came over and inquired.

"That friend of yours, she must be special to President Holland, isn't she?".

Marian looked at Xenia with an impressed look.

"What's wrong?" Xenia asked.

"What else? I only said a few words to her at the door, but President Holland actually raised his voice at me and claimed that she was his woman. I haven't seen him like this in the past few years." Marian couldn't help but shake her head.

As soon as Marian left, Skylar pulled Coralie into the room. Before the light was turned on, he pushed Coralie to the wall, and then greeted her with a passionate kiss.

Coralie did not dare to speak. She wanted to move but her hands were restrained by him.

Skylar thought that Coralie was going to turn on the light. He said sternly, "Don't turn on the light, don't move. I don't want to see your face."

His voice was fierce and loud. Coralie was so scared that she could only stay still.

She didn't dare to speak.

He pressed her down and kissed her. The familiar minty scent, merged with the smell of alcohol, gradually filled the inside of her mouth. Unconsciously, Coralie's face was covered with tears.
