You Hit My Heart -
Chapter 136
"How do you know these details?" Joyce frowned.
Christian ruffled his forehead hair and said with panache, "Naturally Iwill replace a way."
Joyce pursed her lips, "Since you were able to replace out so muchyourself. I have nothing to reveal. Let me down just there. Thank you.Take care.”
"Don't rush, beauty.” Christian suddenly reached out and quicklygrabbed one of Joyce's hands, "The Dragon family would not careabout the background of a Mrs. Dragon. Do you want to consider me?"“Let go!"
Joyce was also startled when her hand was suddenly wrapped in hislarge palm.
Almost instinctively she tried to shake him off.
"Don’t move around. I'm driving, it's dangerous. Do you want the car tobe wrecked and the two of us to be a pair of lovebirds from hell?" Helaughed wickedly and wildly and just wouldn't let go.
Joyce felt exasperated.
"Nuts!" Joyce glared at him fiercely. But she didn't dare to disobey himtoo much. The person beside him looked crazy. She could not see whatwas in his mind but he just seemed to be able to do whatever hewanted.
Christian pressed her hand firmly and smiled smugly.
“I'm serious. When you divorce him, consider me."
"Oh, even if the world's men died out, it would not be your turn." Joyceretorted nonchalantly, “Besides, can't you live without someone next toyou? It's nice to be alone and free."
“You're hurting me too much with that comment.” Christian flattened histhin lips, his expression pretending to be aggrieved.
Joyce didn’t buy this and snickered, "You didn't mean it in the first placewhen you said it."
"Haha, too funny. Luther gave you up to marry Charlotte, that's a realwaste."
"Wait, didn't you go to school? The metaphor is not right. It would be awaste when something valuable falls into the hands of someone whodoesn't know what they're doing." Joyce turned sideways to look athim, "Come on, I'll teach you. I'd like to describe it like this. Forexample, I'm with you, that's what I call a waste. This is the exactanalogy. Ok?"
Christian was so disliked by her that he did not know what to say, feeling that he had lost face today. This woman was really relentless."Mister, it's time to let go." Joyce took the opportunity to shake off hishand.
Christian frowned deeply before he could speak.
At that moment, the alarm suddenly sounded in the sports car. It wasnot sharp, but there was one beep after another.
Christian looked suspiciously at the dashboard, which surprisingly lit upwith a row of yellow signals that he couldn't read.
“It's a tire pressure alert. Tire pressure is unstable, pull over quickly tothe emergency lane.” Joyce glanced at it and said with a serious look. She was a connoisseur when it came to cars.
Christian slammed on the brakes, slowed down, and finally came to asmooth stop in the emergency lane.
Joyce and Christian both opened the door and came down to check thecondition of the car.
And they saw the right rear tire was now almost flat out.
"A flat tire." Joyce shrugged with a look of regret.
"Damn it!" Christian kicked the tires hard. He took a beautiful womanout for a ride and thought it would be a super luxury run, but now he gota flat tire. Shame on you.
He took out his cell phone and was ready to call his men and havethem come to fix it.
Joyce stopped, "You drove the car to such a remote place, and whenthey arrive to fix it, it will be midnight already.”
She said as she opened the back cover of the car, "There is a sparetire, just change it."
“I don’t know how." Christian stretched his hands in a helpless gesture.Joyce gave him a blank look, “I don't expect you to. I will."
After saying that, she took out the jack and spare tire from the trunkand put it on the ground.
Just as she was about to change the tire, her cell phone rang.
She looked at the screen and it was Luther looking for her.
She hesitated. Should she take it?
