You Hit My Heart
Chapter 495

"Since the phone is not answered, you should leave it alone and takethe person to the hospital first.” The passerby suggested.

"Or you can check the phone records to see who she recentlycontacted and call back and ask." Another person suggested.

The man who bumped into Charlotte thought it made sense.

So he opened Charlotte's phone's address book and called the firstnumber he saw.

It was Cecelia's number, as the last received call on Charlotte's phonewas from Cecelia.

"Hey, Charlotte, what's up?" On the other end of the line, Ceceliaasked.

"Hey, may I ask who you are to the owner of this phone?" The maninquired.

Cecelia's voice visibly froze and immediately responded, “I am hermother. What's wrong with her? What's wrong? And who are you? Whydo you have her cell phone?"

Cecelia asked a series of questions in quick succession, her voicedripping with anxiety.

"Oh, that's right. Sorry, I accidentally hit your daughter with my car justnow. Now I'm rushing to take her to the hospital, the ambulance iscoming soon, I'll hang up first and we'll keep in touch. Please come tothe hospital as well.” The man explained.

"What?! Wait, where are you now?" Cecelia was stunned and rushed toask.

The man glanced at the road signs and reported an address.

Despite the accident, Cecelia was calm enough, and this address wasnear the Heath residence. She quickly instructed, "Listen to me, whenthe ambulance arrives, you tell the ambulance to take my daughter tothe nearby military hospital. If they have any objections, you tell themthat the patient is the daughter of the Heath family. They will know whatto do. When you get to the military hospital, a doctor will naturally takeover."

"Okay, okay.” The man hurriedly answered, even more nervous now.Oh my God, what had he bumped into? The military chief. If somethingwent wrong with the person lying on the ground, or the child in herbelly, would they want him dead? It was no longer a question of payingfor the treatment.

By this time, the ambulance had arrived.

The man hurriedly said respectfully to the phone, "Hello, the ambulancehas arrived. I'll hang up now.”

"Okay." Cecelia didn't give him a hard time over the phone.

Several paramedics got out of the ambulance with stretchers andoxygen masks.

The man then rushed to explain the situation to the paramedics.Originally the ambulance was ready to go to the first central hospital, but after they heard what the man said, they immediately carriedCharlotte on a stretcher, and connected her to the oxygen mask, andrushed to the nearby military hospital. If something went wrong anddelayed, they were afraid that they would not be able to bear theconsequences.

On the other hand, Cecelia hurriedly parked her car in the emergencylane on the side of the road.

She was driving to the Capital, but she only made it halfway there, when she was forced to return.

After parking the car, she hurriedly made two phone calls, methodicaland unhurried.

The first call was made to the military general hospital to arrange forthe director to personally check on Charlotte. Although she did notknow what Charlotte's current status was, but judging from the toneand voice of the man who called her, it should not be life-threatening.
