Bella:

It was the first day of school after the break, and the students were making their way from the cafeteria to the class building after having breakfast. The atmosphere seemed peaceful, with merry voices of students catching up after a week.

For the group of five, the school had become a torture, and unlike everyone having memorable discussions, they knew they had to focus on the matter at hand.

"So, did anyone come up with ideas during the break?" Bella asked as they made their way into the hallway of the school building.

The air around the school had become unbearable, and she wished she could drop out.

Hazel sighed.

"If only the week could have been longer. Just thinking about what the school had in store for us made my heart flinch, and I didn't know how I would concentrate on that. I needed to have good grades for college," she said as they made a stop at the triplets' locker.

"I think we should wait for the announcement," Ryder said, cocking his head to the left, and everyone looked to see Evelyn standing with a group of teachers.

It was obvious they were gearing up for an announcement. Evelyn glanced at them, causing them to look away, facing the three open lockers as the triplets quickly tossed the books in their bags into them.

The moment Evelyn walked to her office, and the teachers dispersed, a voice came through the speaker. "Students, gather at the auditorium for an important announcement from the principal."

The voice said, and the five glanced at each other.

Bella and Hazel walked to their lockers to keep their books. While at it, Fae passed by with her fairies, catching Bella's eyes. Bella groaned, then she went back to what she was doing. That was two problems at hand.

Hazel's phone beeped, and she saw a message from Fae.

"Meet me at the back of the school now!"

Hazel read the message to Bella, and her face became drawn down with a frown.

"Halle said we had better things to do with our powers, so we have to get these out of the way," Bella said, slamming her locker.

"Easy!" Finn said, then Bella looked at him, raising a brow.

Hazel showed them her phone at once.

"I think you should go, and this time we agree not to shut up," Kai said, and everyone diverted their attention to him. "I'm not pointing fingers, but this thing has been going on for too long, and I think the problem was that we always shut up when she came for us individually. Stop trying to fight her alone. Speak."

They saw sense in what he said, but Hazel was genuinely tired. Knowing she would see Fae's face, and watch her speak, made her sick to her stomach, but she had no choice.

"We promise you, Hazel, this will be the last ride," Bella said, reaching for Hazel's shoulder, and she reluctantly agreed, turning to leave while the rest headed to the auditorium.

As usual, they all sat in the back while they waited for Evelyn to speak.

"Students of Howlstone, we welcome you back from the mid-term break," she began, and Bella patted her mouth in a yawn. "Some new rules have been made in your absence, and I would love to inform you about them. I hope you do not break them."

"Rules, that was what she was good at, but never solving the..."

"Ms. Runestone, is there something you would like to share with the crowd?" Evelyn asked as soon as she caught Bella's mouth moving.

Bella's heart flinched as hundreds of students peered at her, including her mother, who had her brows drawn down. She shrunk into the chair at once, then her mother cleared her throat.

"The school has formed a council to protect the students. The gates will still be locked in time, but the students cannot be found loitering around the school premises at night, and if caught, you will be penalized. So no sneaking off around school to make out, or play stupid games. Once the bell for lights out goes off, I want to hear the sound of a pin!" The last sentence came out as a yell, but the problem was that she had her eyes on Bella, which made her flinch a bit.

Evelyn's face returned to a smile.

"I hope that was clear, and I hope you enjoy the remaining weeks left before the term wraps up."

Hazel, on the other hand, met with Fae behind the school. There she sat on a bench in the fields with Sebastian.

"You look great, Hazel," Sebastian said with a smirk hanging on his lips.

Hazel was about to reply when Fae cut her short with her hostile tone.

"What took you so long?"

"I came as soon as I got the message, and I had to sneak away from the group," she said, and Fae put her hand up to shut her up.

She got to her feet.

"Why did

your

friend think it was important to post pictures of the triplets' birthday?" she asked, and Hazel stared at her like she was mental.

Bella had the right to post anything she wanted, but Fae thought otherwise.

"I... I don't know," she stuttered. Then Fae took a deep breath, turning to face her.

"Last time we failed, but this time we won't, and I am re-strategizing. I have been trying to get rid of Bella for the longest, but I have been trying to do this on my own, which has proven impossible," Fae said, and Hazel stood there unsure of how to react.

"What... do you want to do, then?" she managed to ask, and Fae let out a maniacal laugh, facing Hazel.

"She is a freaking vampire in a werewolf academy, and I couldn't believe I never thought of this. I just have to expose her to the entire school," Fae said, and Hazel crumpled her face.

"The blog will not believe you," she said, and Fae chuc
