5 Puppies For The Alpha -
Chapter 23
Dante brought his wrist to his mouth and licked the b***d from his own bite that was already closing. He smiled at the sensation coursing through every muscle fibre. The small body that fit him perfectly, drinking from his being, straight from the frantically pulsing vein was more than he imagined.
He stroked down the white back massaging every knot he could replace, as well as small scars that still refused to fade. With the other she caressed his knee and moved up the length of his thigh until she rested it on the soft skin of his buttock and pressed it tighter against him, in an attempt to ease the raw desire that was beginning to emanate.
She heard him growl at the act, though the wolf took no notice. Abandoning the caress at his back, he kept pressing his face down as he was about to pull away. He had yet to drink any more b***d.
Lukyan shuddered and gasped. His head was a mess and now that he felt stronger he wanted to pull away, but the hand on the back of his neck prevented him from doing so while the other one took certain powers on his h*p and beyond that he did not agree with. He growled again and Dante again ignored him.
The omega scowled, bared his fangs slowly, and bit down hard on the wound.
Dante closed his eyes at the pain that coursed through him and pressed his lips together to keep from blurting out a swear word that only his beta was allowed to say. He released his grip on Lukyan’s head, and as soon as he could, he sat up, wiping the b***d from his mouth with the back of his hand.
-I see you like to bite my neck. This wouldn’t be the first time and for less than that I could punish you,” the molten silver in the alpha’s eyes grew more intense, biting was too dangerous a thing for him at the moment, especially since it provoked him in more ways than one.
The alpha looked down at the traces of b***d that adorned his lips and bent down to pick them up with his tongue. She felt him pull back from her touch, just rolled her waist and held him in place. She knew well that she was being hasty and that he needed his space, but sanity was something that used to leave her mind from time to time, very time to time.
-Don’t resist,” he whispered against the quivering cheek, “I won’t force you into anything, though you should get used to this, after all you belong to me and I’ve found I like your touch,” something even he was surprised by.
Lukyan again did not answer him. He averted his gaze, clenching his fists on the male chest and trying to keep his balance, something practically impossible as his eyes began to close unexpectedly little by little.
All at once his body was falling to one side and the wolf had to hold him up, pulling him to his chest and tugging at his waist to keep him in place. What little rage she had built up mixed with desire faded away as she felt his frail limbs lie there like loose rags.
-What did you do to me?” she finally spoke to him in a whisper.
-Your body is recovering, it’s normal for you to be sleepy,” even with the throbbing pain she couldn’t ignore the weak wolf in her arms. Such an ancient instinct of his species.
-I don’t want to sleep anymore, I have things to do,” Lukyan did his best to sit up, but his muscles were failing and his consciousness was slipping away against his wishes. He didn’t feel safe being so helpless.
Dante waited for his breathing to become steady. His colour was returning again and the wounds on his ankles were already becoming just scratches.
-I brought you some clothes,” Bastian entered the bathroom. He stopped abruptly to replace his alpha with the wolf naked on top of him and both their bodies wet, and not just with water.
-Leave it on the bed, as well as the bandages, I’ll take care of the rest,” he ordered without taking his eyes off Lukyan.
-Yes sir,” Bastian lowered his head and left quickly with a slight blush and a mischievous smile, which did not go unnoticed by his magnate. He was the only one allowed such attributions. Perhaps he had spoiled his protégé too much.
For Bastian it was the first time he had seen his alpha so intimate with anyone and the scent around him could attract any female and he had known him for several years. He loved his husband, rather he was crazy about him, but wolves with the alpha gene, had been designed by nature so that any wolf would fall at his feet and want to carry his pups.
She needed her husband close, now.
Bastian walked down the hallway, following Falco’s trail. Where the hell had he gone? His scent grew stronger by the moment and then faded.
-Damn!” he cursed. Something was wrong with him. Every time she needed him, he was never there, she’d have a serious conversation with her mate when she saw him.
-Love, what’s wrong?” a surprised voice interrupted the sober thoughts.
Bastian let out a wide grin and turned and jumped on top of the newcomer, wrapping his legs around his waist. Falco reflexively held him by the thighs, not understanding his wolf’s attack as it seized his lips.
-Darling, let’s go to our bedchamber,” he asked.
-I wasn’t supposed to surprise you,” he looked confused.
Good at some things, retarded at others. He was one of those who didn’t take the initiative.
-You’re slow,” she unwound herself from him and began to pull him by the hand, “Forget what I told you. Surprise me like you do best,” she smiled mischievously and the beta immediately knew what she meant.
