Chapter 92 Bullet or Knife
“Finally” King Austral smirked and slowly got up, then he led his men toward Lucian.
“Out of my way, I’ll kill Todd first, and then I’ll deal with all of you.” Lucian looked at King Austral coldly
Todd let go of Rosine and sneered. Then he picked up a dagger and approached Lucian, the look in his eyes filled with disdain. “You came here all alone and threatened to kill me right in front of my boss. Are you stupid?”
Rosine covered her chest with both her hands, and she stared at Lucian in shock. She didn’t expect him to save her. It was unbelievable, and all hate flowed out of her, replaced by worry.
He came here all alone? There’s no way he can take all of these people by himself. Yeah, he might be a trained soldier, but these people have seen real battles too.
“If you want to live, King Austral, you’ll step away and let me kill that b*stard,” said Lucian calmly.
King Austral held his head high and burst into laughter. There was disdain and mockery in his voice. He’s outnumbered twenty to one, and we’re arms. How can he even win? “You’re just an abandoned member of your family, punk. You don’t get to tell me what to do. I rule this place. Even the country’s leader has to bow to me on my turf. Now get on your knees if you want to save Rosine, and I might consider letting her go,” King Austral mocked.
Lucian’s face fell, and his eyes flared with murder. Then he walked ahead.
Furious, King Austral roared, “You fool! Boys, kill him!”
King Austral’s lackeys whipped up their machetes and blocked Lucian. Once their boss gave them their orders, countless armed lackeys appeared in the corridor, blocking the exit. Now Lucian was truly trapped.
Rosine shivered in fear, and she was worried about Lucian. She hated his guts a moment ago, but now she couldn’t. Now that he was surrounded and had no way out, she actually hoped he never showed up. Why’d you come alone? You’ll die.
Lucian looked around and realized there were about a hundred people, and he smirked. Then he turned to King Austral. “You think a hundred men is enough to protect you and Todd?”
“And you think you can take them, punk?” King Austral didn’t see Lucian as a threat. He sneered. “My men can turn you into mincemeat easily, you fool. You’re not going out alive. Men, kill him.”
The lackeys charged ahead, fully intent on killing Lucian. Rosine closed her eyes, too scared to watch what would happen next. He’s done for. There’s no way he can fight these people off alone.
And then screams filled the air. Rosine opened her eyes, but what she saw shocked her, and

disbelief filled her eyes, petrifying her.
Lucian was fighting off all the lackeys alone, and his blade was his armor, protecting him from all harm. No one could even get past his line of defense, and with every swing, he would fall one lackey, taking them out of commission.
In just a moment, Lucian defeated all one hundred men. They were lying on the ground, moaning in pain.
Lucian’s blade was drenched red, and blood trickled from its edge, Calmly, he approached King Austral. “Told you you should’ve called more men.”
King Austral’s smile froze when he saw the outcome of the battle, and it was replaced by a look of sheer disbelief. His mind blanked, and he froze.
Rosine stared at Lucian in shock and awe, and she covered her mouth with both hands. This is unbelievable.
Todd plopped down to the ground and shivered in fear. He knew Lucian was strong, but he never thought he was inhumanly strong. He defeated a hundred men all by himself? Is this some kind of sick joke? What is he, a god?
King Austral quickly snapped out of it, and he picked up his gun and pointed it at Lucian. “Don’t come any closer, punk! Stay where you are, or I’ll shoot!”
Lucian didn’t listen. He closed in on King Austral, ignoring the gun.
“Don’t come any closer! Do you hear me?” King Austral was going to have a breakdown at this rate. Lucian was like a demon trying to kill him, and he needed to run. He’s not even human. “You asked for this!”
Lucian was getting closer and closer to King Austral. Closer and closer…
King Austral’s breathing became labored, and he roared and pulled the trigger. Five shots were fired, and Rosine screamed, “No! Lucian, run!”
But when she snapped out of her shock, Rosine was presented with a view she never thought she would see in her life. Lucian was alright.
“W–What?” King Austral couldn’t believe what he was seeing either. He was a good marksman, and he knew it. So why didn’t any of the bullets hit? He raised his gun again and pulled the trigger, and when he saw what Lucian did, he froze in shock.
Rosine and Todd were in disbelief as well. King Austral was a good marksman, yes, and he missed not because of his aim, but because Lucian dodged the bullets.
H1–He can dodge bullets? King Austral felt a chill running down his spine, and he stared at Lucian as

if he had seen a ghost. For a moment, a pregnant pause weighed down on the room.
“Out of bullets? My turn.” Lucian darted ahead and brought his blade down on Todd’s head, but he stopped millimeters before the blade could hit, and he said coldly, “A quick death is too merciful for the likes of you.”
“No, please don’t kill me!” Todd peed his pants, and the air reeked of urine.
“You don’t need this anymore, I guess.” Malice flared in Lucian’s eyes, and he swung his blade down at Todd’s crotch. Blood spurted everywhere, and Todd went down on his knees, holding his crotch as he screamed out in pain. He was now a eunuch.
“Your turn.” Lucian turned around and looked at King Austral coldly.
