A Fallen Heir’s Redemption By ( Lucian and Freya ) -
Chapter 93
Chapter 93 Cripple King Austral
King Austral was genuinely frightened.
Even though he had spent years in the underground world and survived countless great winds and high waves, this was the first time he felt like death was just around the corner.
He had never before encountered someone as terrifying as Lucian, and knowing that he was going to die if he did not turn around and flee, he did so out of instinct.
“You’re attempting to flee?” Lucian snorted and ran after him right away.
“Chop!”
King Austral’s left leg was savagely slashed by Lucian’s blade, and Lucian did so without hesitation.
“Aargh!”
King Austral screamed miserably and kneeled on the ground. Lucian swung the blade again and brutally cut King Austral’s right leg before he realized what was happening.
With a clang, King Austral collapsed on the ground. Lucian had rendered both of his legs useless.
“No…please don’t…” King Austral looked up at the icy and ferocious Lucian and begged pitifully.
He regretted provoking this devil.
“I’ll kill you,” Lucian declared.
As Lucian recalled the scene of Rosine being pinned to the sofa, his rage was boiling inside of him. He sat on top of King Austral and repeatedly punched him in the face.
King Austral’s face turned bloody and deformed after a few blows. He clutched his head in fright and cried out frantically, “Please stop! I’m begging you.”
His request was met with punches from Lucian.
In no time, King Austral lay on the ground. He was barely alive, and death was going to claim him.
Rosine noticed this and sprinted over to pull Lucian away. She urged, “If you continue, he will die. Let’s leave.”
Rosine used all of her strength to yank Lucian out of Silver Entertainment. She exclaimed to Austin as soon as they were in the Audi A7, “Drive!”

“Rosie, are you alright?” Lucian looked at Rosine guiltily.
“I’m fine,” Rosine answered.
She looked dejected as she hugged herself.
Rosine had resented Lucian before, but now she could not replace it in herself to hate him. She was grateful for his timely appearance, or else she would have been violated by Todd.
Lucian removed his coat and draped it over Rosine. He was silent throughout.
Rosine sensed Lucian’s kind gesture, and she looked up at him. She spoke softly, “Thank you.”
“It’s rightfully so. You don’t have to thank me.”
There was nothing else in Lucian’s eyes besides guilt. He continued, “I really hope you can keep what happened at Silver Entertainment a secret. If your parents replace out, they’ll be worried sick.”
Rosine gave a gentle nod and said, “Hmmm, I promise.”
She looked up at Lucian again and suddenly realized that the man beside her had become so mysterious.
What has he endured over the previous seven years?
Shortly afterward, Lucian brought Rosine home.”
Simon and Camille’s anxiety was driving them insane. Their daughter had been kidnapped, and Lucian had gone to confront King Austral to save her. Everything pointed to disaster. Lucian had brought Rosine home when they began to consider whether to call the police.
Rosine called out to her parents loudly as she entered the house, “Dad! Mom!”
“Sweetheart!”
When Camille and Simon heard their daughter’s voice, they hurried over.
Camille embraced Rosine, and the mother and daughter cried together. Then Rosine sobbed even more vehemently. She said, “Mom, I’m fine. Lucian saved me in time. If he hadn’t…”
Simon expressed gratitude to Lucian by saying, “Lucian, thank you.”
Camille, too, tearfully thanked Lucian.
“Uncle Simon and Auntie Camille, I am to blame for the incident that occurred today. There’s no need for
you to thank me.”

Lancian sighed and continued, “You all need to rest, King Austral won’t bother you anymore. I should go home now.”
“Be careful on your way home,”
“All right, Uncle Simon.”
After Lucian left, the family of three took Rosine into the room.
Dennis curiously inquired, “Rosie, how did Lucian manage to rescue you from King Austral?”
Simon and Camille were also curious. They were all aware of King Austral’s viciousness and thought it was amazing for Lucian to save Rosine by relying on his own strength.
“He…”
Rosine recalled her promise to Lucian and said perfunctorily, “I don’t know what he said to King Austral, but in the end, King Austral let me go. Mom and Dad, I’m tired and I need to rest.”
Although they did not get much information from their daughter, seeing Rosine’s condition, they allowed her to return to her room to rest.

When Lucian arrived home, he saw Freya working at the dining table and his dinner on the table.
Freya got up to reheat the food in the kitchen when she noticed Lucian had returned. She said, “You’re home. Let me warm up the dinner for you.”
“Thank you, darling,” Lucian said while chuckling.
The look in his eyes was filled with gratitude.
Freya still waited for me to come home, even though it was so late.
Freya smiled as she warmed up the food. She asked, “What were you talking about when you visited Uncle Simon today?”
“Just a few things from the past.”
Lucian made no mention of the events of today.
“Eat now. I’ll go to bed after you’re done. Tomorrow morning, I have to visit the Harrison family’s old residence first thing tomorrow to talk about the investment.”
“Do you need me to go with you?” Lucian asked.

“It’s okay. I’m taking my parents with me. I’ll give you a call if there is anything.”
They needed to attract investment to begin formal construction now that the construction site was on schedule. After this, Freya would be very busy for a while.
“All right, you have to call me if you run into any issues,” Lucian said as he ate.
Lucian discovered that Freya, Frank, and Annic had all gone to Harrison family’s old residence. when he awoke the following morning. Only Minnie was at home watching TV.
“Minnie, why aren’t you at school?” asked Lucian.
Minnie explained bluntly as she cast a quick glance Lucian’s way, “Yesterday was Saturday, and today’s Sunday. I don’t have to go to school.”
“I see.”
Lucian awkwardly rubbed his nose and asked, “Have you eaten? I’ll make you something.”
“I did. Your food is in the frying pan. Go warm it up,” Minnie said, while her eyes were fixed on the TV.
Lucian watched TV while eating his breakfast.
He saw Minnie watching a romance drama. Her eyes were filled with anticipation when she saw the male lead take the female to ride the roller coaster and let out a series of sharp screams. Clearly, she wanted to ride a roller coaster too.
Lucian’s eyes lit up. He proposed, “Minnie…Let’s go to the amusement park and ride roller coasters together since you and I are both free today.”
Minnie glanced at Lucian. She rolled her eyes and said, “I’m not interested in that. Screaming while riding a roller coaster is childish. It doesn’t look fun at all.”
Minnie was actually very eager, even though she didn’t show it. She had never been on the roller coaster, not even once, but she frequently overheard her peers discussing it.
Lucian said, “But I want to have fun.”
He realized that, despite Minnie’s young age, she cared a lot about her image. She might have been influenced by her early experiences, or she might have wanted to avoid acting childish in front of Lucian. This point alone showed that she had not let go of her past experiences.
Minnie asked, “Do you really want to go?”
She acted like a little adult, stood up from the couch, and said with a helpless expression, “Since you want to go, I’ll go with you. Wait for me; I’ll get the money.”

Lucian answered right away, “I have money.”
“Never mind, I’ll treat you. I still have some cash on me. I need to change my clothes. Wait for
me.”
Minnie eagerly walked toward the stairs. She stopped mid–step when she suddenly remembered something.
She looked at Lucian solemnly and said, “Daddy, I’m doing this to accompany you, not because I want to have fun. I really don’t want to do this kind of thing.”
“I know,” Lucian held back his laughter and answered.
