Jekyll was arrested by the police for the earlier bombing and kidnapping case, in which Sage wasthe injured party.

Sean represented Sage as her lawyer. He made a trip to the police station for her.

As an internationally wanted fugitive, Jekyll's arrest was a big deal. However, Sean did not lookoptimistic. He told Sage, “Jekyll's case is far more complicated than we think.”

Sage's eyebrows twitched. She suddenly had a bad feeling.

Sean explained that Jekyll was wanted by Interpol as a Class A criminal. He might have committedcrimes here, but there were many forces behind him. For a felon like him, no matter which Interpolmember or non-member countries caught him, he should be handed over to the country withjurisdiction as required. He could not be executed without permission.

Sage frowned, hearing Sean's explanation. “You mean Jekyll can't be executed here? He must returnto his home country?”

Sean nodded. “That's right.”

Luther jumped in anger. “Then Sage hurt herself for nothing?”

The rest of them had a bad look on their faces.

A cold and murderous intent flashed through Kane's face. He said coldly, “In that case, we'll have todo something halfway.”

“Don’t do anything stupid.”

Seth warned in a low voice, “The law is supreme. Jekyll has committed so many serious crimes. Evenif he does get returned to Tovres, the President of Tovres will not let him go.”

Nigel also said, “Let's not act on our own. We have to talk to Tim about this. Let him replace a way. Backthen, he cooperated with the president of Tovres and took Jekyll down.”

Luther's face was full of anxiety.
