Autumn

was going nowhere

Feeling super warm I kicked at the blanket trying to shake it off me I didn't look or even open my eyes I wasn't ready to wake up but I couldn't handle being this warm I wanted to feel some cool air but even with all my kicking the blanket didn't move my attempt I grabbed it tugging at it.

I'll just throw it off but it never budged with a hard groan I sit up well I attempted to that's when I realized I was in an iron-tight hold and being pressed against a rather hard object. The hold did not cause pain or hurt me but was one to hold me in place. "What the heck," I mumbled to myself waking up to see two very muscular arms wrapped around my waist. Peeking over my shoulder I see Reins asleep holding me to his chest.

Then it hit me the position I was in laying with him, then I look down to notice im naked, What? And then my mind was flooded with the vision of last night.

Oh, my word the memories ran through my head I could feel the blush on my face already I didn't need to see myself to know I was red.

Slowly grabbing his wrist I lift one arm as I try and wiggle out sliding as slowly and as easily as I could while holding his arm up I was almost there... "Where do you think you're going?"

I froze looking back at him but his eyes are still closed his breathing is even but why did I hear his voice? and how? I don't have my implant on.

"Are you trying to run away?"

Jumping from the bed and letting out a scream not caring I was stark naked.

I face the bed my hands clutching my chest only to see Reins sitting up laughing,

"I'm sorry babe, I just could help myself,"

I stare blankly at him I could see his lips not moving but I could hear him not with my ears it was in my head.

He slides to the edge of the bed not even caring to cover himself he sat with his feet over the side I couldn't help my eyes as they moved down from his face to his chest moving to his very well-defined abs then a little farther down and holy cow that is enormous! How on earth did that even fit?

"When you're done checking me out,"

My eyes snapped back up looking at him he had this smirk on his face.

He caught me looking nice one Autumn talk about embarrassing.

I cover my face with my hands not wanting him to see my beet-red face.

"Babe even though I'm enjoying the sight of you in front of me right now,"

He didn't even get to finish when I remembered I was naked.

With a squeal, I reach for the blanket wrapping it around myself.

Reins pulls the sheet over his lap covering himself he holds his hand out to me.

"Please sit let's talk,"

Once again no movement from his lips.

Taking his hand he pulled me to sit on the bed next to him. Rubbing my knuckles with his thumb I felt tingles all over my hand.

"I'm sure you have questions,"

"How are you doing that?" I blurted out.

Giving me a smile.

"It's called mind linking and now that I marked you I can link you and you can hear me,"

My hand instantly came up touching my neck where I remembered he bit me.

Runn ing my fingers over the spot it felt rough but then a quiver ran through my whole body when I pressed on it.

Looking at him I see his eyes are closed.

He's taking deep breaths.

"If you keep doing that we will never leave this bed,"

Dropping my hand from my neck I grabbed the blanket holding it against me.

"It's like you're in my head,"

"Yes, you think of the person you want to talk to but instead of speaking out loud say the words in your head and then picture opening a window or door to that person and they will hear you," Taking a minute I thought back to that book Kelly gave me it said something about Mind linking but I didn't pay much attention to it as I thought I wouldn't be able to hear them with being deaf.

But I could hear him and I didn't have my implant on and I could hear him.

I felt the first tear roll down my cheek

In my thoughts, the feeling was overwhelming.

"Hey, please don't cry,"

Reins scooped me up setting me on his lap and wrapping his arms around me.

Burying my face in the crook of his neck I let him hold me.

His touch made me feel calm I could hear his heartbeat it was soothing sparks dancing on my skin at every spot he touched leaving a trail of goosebumps. "Are you okay?"

Lifting my head to look at him the way he was looking at me I could see so many emotions in his eyes placing a hand on his cheek he lean into my touch.

Leaning closer I touched my lip against his freezing there for a minute before I started to pull back but before I could get any space from his lips his hand went to the back of my neck pulling me closer and holding me there as he deepen the kiss. I felt something pressing against my bottom as he held me on his lap. I felt my body start to hear up from his kiss and that throbbing down there.

Letting go of my lips he trailed kisses along my jaw and down my neck when he stopped on my mark.

He sucked on it causing me to let out a moan his arm tightening around my waist and pulling me against his chest.

I wanted him all over again just like last night his touch alone was lighting a fire in me. My body craved him again and even though this is all new to me I feel so comfortable with him and I love this feeling I've never felt this before and I only want this with him no one else. Letting go of the blanket I held around me it fell pooling around my waist as my fingers went straight to his hair tangling them selfs in it.

Moving back to my lips he kissed me hard plunging his tongue past my lips parting my lips for him our tongues danced back and forth.

Reins suddenly spun us, " Reins!" I squeal clutching to him he caught us steadying himself with one arm so he didn't crush me.

I heard him laughing leaning down he places a kiss on my nose.

We stayed looking at each other for a moment before we were kissing again breaking the kiss I began to kiss down his neck I was feeling this urge but I wasn't sure what it was it was like a pull that was pulling my lips down his neck.

Stopping at a spot my body felt like it was on auto piolet, closing my eyes I pulled his hair a little causing him to half turn his head giving more access to his neck.

I could feel pressure in my gums, and the next thing I knew I was biting his neck.

The taste of metallic in my mouth caused me to let go.
