TEGAN'S P.O.V

They both were staring at me waiting for an answer.

"I can't be certain, but from what I am gathering. It's Imagen." I said, making both of their faces turn up in confusion.

"But Imagen is an omega." Ezra resplied as if that mattered.

"Helga has searched high and low, there is no way she would miss one." Helena then responded next.

"Imagen lost her mother a while back. But before she did, her mother shielded her, like you did with me. Shielded her so well that nobody knew she even had a child."

"After her mother passed she must've come into her powers, there is no way she has gone all this time undetected." Helena swiftly responded.

"Unless she continued to shield herself. The last thing Imagen's mother left for her were instructions on how to make a special drink so that her fate did not end the same as her moms did. Imagen took that those words to heart and has religiously drank it daily, never missing one drop."

"And how did you come to know this knowledge?" Ezra asked, curiously.

"Fredrick revealed what she was so afraid of, and the pieces just fell into place."

"So, we don't actually know if she is a tribal wolf?" Helena asked next.

"I mean, technically no. But it all fits and makes sense. I thought Elias and I were the last of our kind, until today."

"None of this makes sense. There is no way Helga missed something like this. She knew of all daughter's born to every tribal wolf known." Helena more-so said to herself.

"Unless she was completely hidden away from the world." I then said, making her look at me. "What if Helga didn't know because her pregnancy and Imagen's birth was in secret." I said next. "There is nothing that could hide that. Except for..." Helena began to say as she drifted off.

"Except for what?"

"The darkest magic. Magic even Helga wouldn't dare touch." Helena then said looking back at me. "Who are her parents?" She then asked in a more serious tone.

"She said her mothers name was Emilia. She didn't mention a father." I replied.

"Emilia what?" She asked.

"I don't know." I replied feeling awful at not knowing Imagen's mothers full name.

"Is Imagen pure-blood?" She then asked, taking me by surprise.

"As far as I know."

"There just has to be more to it. I don't understand how she was hidden from everyone." She said, Her face looking as if she were deep in thought.

"We could always ask." I responded with a shrug.

"Take me to her." Helena then said. The urgency in her voice is urgent.

"Right, follow me." I said leading them to where I had left Imagen and Fredrick.

However, when entering they were nowhere to be found.

"I left them here..." I said, not really knowing where to look next.

"Mind-link her, this is important." Helena responded in a rushed voice.

I quickly mind-linked her with a sudden urgency washing over me.

'Hey, where are you?' I asked, hoping she could respond, unsure how that all worked for her.

'Walking in the garden, do you need me?' Her swift mind link came through. Relief washed over me that she could respond in mind-link even though she can no longer speak outwardly.

'We will meet you there. I am so glad you can respond. I wasn't sure how this mindl-inking would work for you. I replied.

'I hadn't even tried to mind-link so it's a relief to know I still somewhat have a voice. She responded followed by a giggle.

'We are heading your way, don't move. I then responded.

'Who exactly are we? Am I in trouble?' She asked, a hint of concern was in her voice.

'Don't worry, just Ezra, Helena and I. Be there in a minute, don't move.!' I said before cutting the link.

"She is in the flower garden, let's go." I said while walking in the direction.

Once we reached the flower garden, we made our way down the path until both figures of Imagen and Fredrick came into view.

"What is your mother's full name?" Helena asked, jumping right into questioning before even saying hello.

'M.o.r.r.i.s.o.n.' Imagen spelled with her hands before signing why.

"I don't know anyone by that name." Helena more-so said to herself.

"Well, you can't expect you to know everybody's name in the world." I replied, confused.

"No, but I knew all the tribal wolves' names down to their heirs. I don't know anyone by the name of Emilia Morrison." She said looking at me then to Imagen.

"I told you, she kept Imagen a secret." I replied irritated.

"Right, maybe one just slipped through the cracks of your list." Ezra said, finally joining the conversation.

"Maybe." She murmured before looking back at Imagen.

"Who is your father?" She asked.

'His name was Agosto Morrison. He died in a Rogue attack when I was a young child.' Imagen signed with confusion lingering in her eyes.

"I just cannot believe one could remain completely unknown. Your mother knew some powerful beings to keep you hidden." Helena said next.

'I'd like to think my mother took extra steps for my safety. Imagen signed with a smile on her face.

"And you're a pure blood wolf?" Helena asked before sniffing Imagen.

"Helena, stop that." I quickly hollered.

"I'm sorry, I'm just intrigued." She said, looking between Imagen and I.

'I am, yes.' Imagen signed looking back at us.

"Well, first we need to get you off that potion so we can see if you really are a tribal wolf. If you are, you and Tegan will need to immediately start intense training so we have a fighting chance." Helena said, making Imagen bite her lip with uncertainty. "There is no more hiding, we will be in a full blown war soon. We need all the power we can get if we want to stop him." Helena said next before looking at me. "We need to get Helga on our side, it's the only way we stand a chance at closing the gates once they're opened." "How do we even get to her if Iblis already has her in his possession?"

"You need to use your gifts. Get into her mind. She needs to know what he has promised will be non-existent if the underworld takes over this one."

"Why would she believe me?" I asked, curiously.

"Because if she doesn't, we are truly f****d." Helena said in a serious tone.

"I haven't figured out how to get into the minds of others. It just sort of happens." I admitted with a hint of sorrow in my voice.

"Figure it out. We have for sure 9 months before he comes. Which means, we have at least 9 months to convince my vindictive evil sister that she is on the wrong side." Helena responded as she turned to walk away. "That doesn't sound easy." I said, making her stop in her tracks.

"It won't be, but it's the only chance we have." She responded before she continued to walk away.
