Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1299: Moving in for help

If Earlene hadn't gotten in the way of this, Eloise was sure Hector would have remembered himself a long time ago.

"You're right." Edgar, Edwina smiled, "Hector did always have you in mind, otherwise he wouldn't have offered to postpone the wedding. But..." He turned his head to look at Eloise, "We have to keep going."

Eloise smiled, "Of course."

The car pulls into the courtyard of the old Khan family home and through the window Eloise sees a very familiar car parked on the parking pad. Once the car is parked, she opens the door and gets out, walks over to look at the car's license plate and asks in confusion, "Is Rupert here?" She turned her head to look at Edgar.

Edgar smiled and nodded, "Well, he's not the only one who's here."

"Who else?" Eloise wondered a little.

"Just go in and replace out."

At that, she and Edgar walked in side by side and as soon as they entered, they heard a familiar voice coming from the door.

"My mother's been talking about my brother every day lately, so I thought I'd bring them over for a visit."

Eloise walked quickly inside and when she saw the people sitting in the living room, she exclaimed with delight, "Dad, Mum."

Hector's parents turned around at the same time at the sound of her voice, and both elders smiled kindly when they saw her.

"Eloise is back." Hector's mother got up and walked around the sofa to her, looking her up and down, her brow furrowed slightly, "How are you feeling? Are you still unwell?" Hector's mother's concern made Eloise's eyes well up and her lips pursed as she shook her head, "Mum, I'm fine."

"That's good." Hector's mother was relieved at last.

As soon as she found out that she had fainted, Hector's mother had been so worried that she asked Rupert to bring her to the capital and check on Hector. Hector's mother took her hand and pulled her over to the sofa and sat down.

"If you don't feel well, then go upstairs and rest." Hector's father said.

Eloise pursed her lips and smiled, "Dad, I'm fine, you don't have to worry."

Hector's father nodded and didn't say anything else.

"Dad, Mum, are you here to see Hector?" Eloise asked.

Hector's father and Hector's mother looked at each other and then Hector's mother nodded, "Yes, can you see him?"

They had heard Rupert say that Earlene wouldn't let them see Hector at all.

Eloise thought for a moment, "I think so. He said he'd come to the house to see the kids."

At this comment, everyone in the room was surprised.

"He's coming to the house?" Brimlad was the first to question.

Eloise smiled and nodded, "Well, that's what he promised me."

"Wait a minute." Brimlad frowned, "How did he promise you that?"

"He came to see me at the hospital."

Eloise's mouth couldn't help but rise at the mere thought of Hector coming to see her.

"So he's been to see you." Hector's mother was both happy and relieved, "Even though the boy has lost his memory, he still has Eloise on his mind." "That's what Eloise said." Edgar said, "So we have to believe in Hector, he'll get his memory back soon."

"I've always believed in my brother." Rupert, who had been silent, spoke up.

"You've always trusted your big brother? Why didn't I know that?"

A familiar voice came and Eloise turned her head to follow it, only to see Aisly coming down the stairs with the baby in her arms.

She was surprised, "Aisly's here too?"

Rupert rubbed his nose, "She wanted to come and see you, so I had no choice but to bring her along."

"Sister-in-law." Aisly approached and looked at Eloise with a smile Brimlad.

Eloise got up, walked over and carried the baby over, saying helplessly, "You shouldn't have come with the baby, what a pain in the arse."

"It's no trouble at all." Aisly moved over and pinched her son's little nose, "And Lele misses his auntie."

At that, Eloise looked down, looking at the child's cute face, the corners of her mouth couldn't help but rise, "The little one is so cute looking." "Of course I gave birth to a cute one." Aisly lifted her chin with a proud look on her face.

Everyone else couldn't help but smile.

Brimlad looked at the group's happiness and, after some thought, suggested, "Let's eat outside today, it's a rare occasion when the in-laws come." Edgar nodded, "Sure, it's up to you, Mum."

"Then it's a deal." Brimlad got up, "I'll go and book the hotel."

She was halfway to the restaurant with her phone in her hand when she suddenly stopped and looked back at Edgar, "You get Elva." Edgar was stunned, "Call her for what?"

"To have dinner together, and to introduce you to everyone."

"Mum, that's not necessary." Edgar was not happy.

"You don't call, I do."

Not giving him a chance to refuse, Brimlad walked briskly into the restaurant.

Eloise threw a sympathetic look at Edgar, who laughed bitterly.

"Who's Elva?" Hector's mother asked curiously.

"The man my brother-in-law found for his cousin." Eloise returned.

"A date?" Hector's mother glanced at Edgar, "Why do you look as if you don't like this one?"

Edgar smiled awkwardly and didn't say anything.

Seeing this, Eloise sniggered, "He really doesn't like people."

"Huh?" Hector's mother was a little stunned not expecting it to be true.

"It's a marriage between two families and the other girl isn't really his type."

Hector's mother frowned, "How can you marry if you don't like her?"

"My brother-in-law and the others insisted."

"Then you have to think of the boy, he won't be happy if he doesn't like it." Hector's mother did not approve of Baggott and Brimlad's approach. Hearing that someone was on his side, Edgar hurriedly said, "Auntie, why don't you help me persuade my parents? They're really driving me crazy!"

At this point, Edgar put his hands together with a pleading face.

Eloise couldn't help but laugh out loud and teased, "Cousin, are you planning to bring in the help?"

"Don't you say a word." Edgar glared at her.

Eloise raised an eyebrow and meekly shut her mouth, walking over to sit down with the baby and Aisly in her arms.

"What do you want me to tell your mother?" Hector's mother asked.

"Well ..." Edgar said after some serious thought, "You just talk to my mother about your two sons."

"But..." Hector's mother had some difficulty, she honestly didn't know how to persuade Brimlad, although both sons were in free love, but both daughters-in-law she liked. What if Edgar found his own daughter-in-law and Brimlad didn't like it?

"Aunty, please, you are the only one who can help me now." Edgar spoke with pity.

Hector's mother was a bit upset, so she nodded, "Okay, I'll help you persuade your parents."

Edgar smiled, "Thank you, Auntie."

Eloise couldn't help but say, "Don't be too happy, cousin. Brother-in-law and sister-in-law are not that easy to compromise."

Hearing this, Edgar was not happy, he turned his head to look at her, "Don't you hit me, okay?"

Eloise stifled a laugh, "Sure, I'm just afraid that the higher your expectations, the greater your disappointment."

"You're the only one who can say that." Edgar gave her a good-natured glare.

As long as someone could help persuade the parents anyway, it was another matter as to whether the outcome would work or not.
