Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1433: Paulina, I'm Back

Sweety woke up and when she saw Paulina, she screamed.

Paulina took her in her arms and gently soothed her, "Don't be afraid, mommy and daddy are here, no one can bully you."

Sweety cried for a long time before she stopped, her eyes swollen with tears.

To calm her down, Paulina asked Marcos to buy her some of her favorite sweets.

As she quietly ate her candy, Marcos shyly asked, "Sweety, can you tell daddy who took you?"

Sweety cocked her head to the side and carefully recalled the situation.

"I ran out of the nursery after the dance and then a guy picked her up for me ..."

Hearing this, Paulina and Mark looked at each other, things really weren't simple.

"And then what happened?" asked Paulina in a soft voice.

"Then he handed me the ball and gave me a lollipop, but I didn't take it."

"Awesome job." Paulina patted her little head and asked, "There were more?"

"There are more but I don't remember."

"And do you remember what that guy looked like?" asked Marcos aloud.

Sweety shook her head, "No."

Whether he remembered or not, his disappearance was definitely related to that man.

Marcos pondered for a moment and turned to Paulina, "Stay here with Sweety while I go back to the office." "Okay."

Paulina knew why he was rushing back to the office, so she said nothing more.

...

As soon as Marcos returned to the office, he called Alvaro and Alfredo into his office.

"Have you found out anything?" asked Marcos as he looked at Alvaro and spoke.

Alvaro shook his head, "Not at the moment. Nothing out of place with the Rawlins these last few days."

"And you?" Marcos shifted his gaze to Alfredo.

Alfredo lowered his head and returned the truth, "The police haven't figured out who took Sweety either."

"Nothing." A pair of Marcos' sword eyebrows drew together.

This feeling of having no clue was really unpleasant.

"Brother, if this is really the Rawlins' doing, there can't be any trace of them." Alvaro had the feeling that something wasn't right. "What if it wasn't them?" asked Marcos rhetorically.

"If it wasn't them, who could it be?". Alvaro couldn't think of anyone else right now who would want to turn against The Leoz Family.

Yes, if it wasn't the Rawlins and the others, who else could it be.

Marcos' eyes deepened and an uncertain thought came to his mind.

"Could there be forces we don't know about?"

"It can't be!" Alvaro couldn't believe it, "Hasn't there been a single day of peace?"

All these days, fighting Rawlins' men, he was really exhausted, physically and mentally, and he didn't want new enemies.

The more Marcos thought about it, the more likely it was, and he raised his voice and ordered, "Alfredo, go and replace out what's going on, and make sure you do it." "Yes!"

Alfredo complied with the orders and hurried out.

"Brother, do you really think there are other forces that want to turn against The Leoz family?". Alvaro kept thinking that it was possible that his brother was overthinking things. In fact, it was the Rawlins who had committed the act.

"I had to be cautious for Paulina and the baby." Mark looked at him and continued, "Of course, I wish I was overthinking it."

"It must be you who is overthinking it." Alvaro's tone was very confident.

"I hope so."

Marcos smiled and said nothing more.

...

F Nation.

"What was Paulina's reaction?"

Blythe asked after Winston with an excited look on her face as she learned that Sweety, Paulina's daughter, had been bewitched.

It had taken a long time to finally see a slightly lively expression on her face.

"Do you want to know?" Winston was deliberately sold.

"Of course I want to know." Blythe thought for a moment, "Was she in pain? Was she crying a lot?"

The thought of Pauline in pain made her ache.

A totally sickening mental reaction.

"You guessed it. She cried so hard she fainted." Winston told her exactly what had happened to Paulina.

After hearing this, Blythe was physically and mentally relieved and burst out laughing, "Paulina, Paulina, this is just the beginning, you'll get your pain later."

"Now that you're happy, let me give you a kiss." Winston wrapped his arms around her waist and lowered his head to kiss her on the lips.

"Wait." Blythe reached up to block his lips, "I have something very important to tell you."

"Later."

Winston took his hand away and prepared to kiss her.

Blythe's body spun and she broke away from his embrace, looking at him with a disgusted face, "I told you, don't make me do something I'm not comfortable with."

Not getting what he wanted, Winston felt more than uncomfortable, he rubbed his nose sarcastically and asked, "Go ahead then."

"I'm ready to go home."

Winston raised an eyebrow, it wasn't really a surprise, he had long thought that someday she would return home.

After all, she hated Paulina so much and would surely want to take care of herself.

First, however, she had to get something off her chest.

"You can go back to your country. But you must promise me that you will not be impulsive when things go wrong and you must be calm. Talk to me about anything and I'll help you." Earlene curved her red lips, "Don't worry, you're the only one I can count on now."

This sounded good to Winston, and he immediately cleared his frustration at her rejection and said, "All right then, I'll arrange for you to come home now."

"Thank you."

A light flashed across Winston's eyes and he quickly reached out to take her in his arms again and kissed her on the lips before she had time to react. This time, Earlene did not refuse, allowing him to plunder her savagely.

This was his reward for helping her.

...

Winston was quick on his feet and had made arrangements for Blythe's return two days later.

"Remember you are no longer Earlene, pretend you don't know any of the Bartram family when you see them, and don't show your face, okay?" Winston's warning only made Blythe feel amused.

"You said Earlene is dead, I'm Blythe!" said Blythe with a deadpan face.

Winston laughed, "That's right, you're Blythe, the honorary daughter of the president of J-R International."

The identity took Blythe more than by surprise.

"J-R Group?"

Was she the one who knew about the J-R Group?

Winston read her mind, "Is that you know that J-R."

Blythe narrowed her eyes and glared at Winston, "How many more secrets do you have that I don't know about?"

"You'll replace out later."

Having her back as an honorary daughter of J-R Group President Winston really wasn't easy.

Blythe was glad to have Winston's help, otherwise she would still be in jail right now, not knowing when or how long it would take to get out.

"I sent the news of your return to the country to all the major media outlets, you'll be the center of attention when you get back, like what I arranged?" Blythe nodded, "I loved it."

Then her lips curved into a cold smile, her eyes dulled with a shiver.

Paulina, I'm back.
