Love Comes To Me
Chapter 180: One kiss and it doesn't hurt anymore

The atmosphere in the living room rose and the ambience around them suddenly became ambiguous, Hector Rogers' hand couldn't resist roaming over Eloise Thompson and the two almost ... As she nearly scraped the gun, Eloise Thompson snapped to attention, blushing and pushing Hector Rogers away.

"I'm going to take a shower."

Hector Rogers' voice was hoarse and he couldn't help but feel a little chagrined at how he almost couldn't help himself ...

With that said, Hector Rogers entered the bathroom.

Eloise Thompson knew he must have taken a cold shower and, thinking about it, ducked back into her room in shame.

Later that night, Eloise Thompson returned to her room and fell asleep in a daze.

After Hector Rogers had finished his bath and gone out, he looked at her quiet sleeping face and the corners of his mouth curled into a helpless smile. After drying his hair, Hector Rogers also went to sleep on the sofa. It was a night when, in the end, nothing happened and Eloise Thompson slept soundly and

The next day, Eloise Thompson woke up and ran into Hector Rogers, who had just come back from buying breakfast.

Hector Rogers shouted at her to come over for breakfast like she was nothing.

After eating, the doorbell rang and Eloise Thompson wondered who was here this early in the morning, got up and opened the door to replace Solomon.

"Auntie Eloise!" said Solomon, swooping in and hugging Eloise Thompson.

Seeing this, Eloise Thompson's eyes flashed with surprise and she asked with some confusion, "What's Solomon doing here?"

Hector Rogers stood by, a faint smile on his face as he spoke up and explained, "You should be bored at home for the next two days recovering from your injury, so I asked Solomon to come over and keep you company." "Is that so?" Eloise Thompson smiled, Solomon coming over to keep company with herself, which she was happy to do.

Solomon looked at Eloise Thompson with her forehead pressed against the couch and was distressed, speaking up in a milky voice and asking, "Auntie Eloise, does your head hurt?"

"It doesn't hurt." Eloise Thompson smiled and shook her head.

Solomon in front of her stood on tiptoe and gave her a kiss on the forehead, then smiled and spoke, "A kiss won't hurt."

Seeing this, Eloise Thompson just felt Agnes' inside, how can this little guy be so cute!

Afterwards, Hector Rogers was going to the office and Solomon gave him a kiss on the cheek because he was happy.

"Bye Daddy, don't worry! I'll take good care of Auntie Eloise."

Hector Rogers looked at his stained face in disgust, then he looked at Eloise Thompson and said, "Call me if you need anything."

"Hmm." Eloise Thompson nodded and watched Hector Rogers leave.

And for some reason, the same feeling crossed her mind, the scene was like a wife's child seeing her husband off, they were like a family of three, a feeling that made her face lift up in a small smile.

In the morning, Eloise Thompson didn't go out either, just lounged around the house watching TV while Solomon drew next to her.

A moment later, though, Solomon came running over excitedly and handed the painting in his hand to Eloise Thompson to look at. "Auntie Eloise, look."

The painting shows Solomon, Hector Rogers and himself, all three of them happy and in a family-like setting.

It's not the first time Eloise Thompson has seen Solomon paint, but at the moment she's still amazed at how well Solomon does it!

The Solomon goes for the lines and looks very charming.

Eloise Thompson has known before that Solomon not only learns skills like piano and violin in his free time, but this drawing is so good too, what else can this little guy not do! It's really like Hector Rogers, both father and son are so good at what they do.

"Solomon did a great job drawing that!" Eloise Thompson opened her mouth to compliment.

The compliment made Solomon even happier as he smiled and said, "This is for Auntie Eloise!"

"Is that so?"

Eloise Thompson was happy to accept it and plans to frame it and keep it with the painting that Solomon painted of himself earlier.

At lunchtime, Eloise Thompson and Solomon had a cosy lunch and after the meal, Hector Rogers made video call.

He was in his office at the moment and the man's low, magnetic voice spoke up and asked, "Have you eaten yet?"

Eloise Thompson didn't answer and Solomon on the side came over.

"Daddy, I've eaten with Auntie Eloise Oh, have you?"

"I ate it too." Having said that, Hector Rogers then looked at Eloise Thompson and asked, "How's that? Any discomfort?"

At that, Eloise Thompson couldn't help but smile a little.

"No, it's all fine and dandy,"

It's a little funny that Hector Rogers is so concerned about her head, as if she has a concussion, but Eloise Thompson can't help but feel like Agnes when she has someone who cares so much about her.

The two men chatted some more and then hung up, Hector Rogers' look still tender and Eloise Thompson's face vaguely echoing in the back of his mind.

And at that moment, Reeva Lawson was standing in the doorway of the office, through the doorway, as she watched the scene of Hector Rogers making a video call.

Reeva Lawson clenched her fingers tightly, her heart seething with jealousy.

She had never imagined that this man, who had always been cold-blooded and domineering, would be so gentle.

But it wasn't to her but to that bitch Eloise Thompson, and Reeva Lawson couldn't contain her jealousy every time she thought of how Hector Rogers treated Eloise Thompson compared to how he treated himself. No, she couldn't just sit around waiting for Grandpa Fletcher's 70th birthday.

Reeva Lawson stood still and wondered what she was thinking, a vague glint in her eyes could be seen.

In the afternoon, Eloise Thompson took Solomon for a nap and woke up later in the day with the intention of going grocery shopping, anticipating that Hector Rogers might be coming over tonight so she wanted to make something delicious. Solomon also went out with Eloise Thompson and the two bought a lot of food.

Solomon is small, but the little guy was very sweet to carry Eloise Thompson's things, and Eloise Thompson couldn't resist him, so she gave Solomon some of the lighter things to carry.

When I took the lift upstairs and met my next-door neighbour's aunt, she smiled and said, "Eloise, is this your child? So dutiful."

"Yes, Grandma." Solomon had happily answered before Eloise Thompson had a chance to speak in reply.

"You're so cute, come play next door sometime!"

Solomon greeted people politely and then went into the house with Eloise Thompson.

Once inside, Solomon spoke up and asked, "Auntie Eloise, would you be upset if I answered that grandmother like that?"

Eloise Thompson gave a lurch, "How so!"

"And I thought you didn't want Solomon to be your baby!"

At that, Eloise Thompson couldn't help but smile and squeeze Solomon's cheeks, and who knows, she wanted Solomon to be her own child more than anyone else.

Putting everything at hand on the table, Eloise Thompson was going to go and cook dinner, but that's when the phone rang with a text message.

Looking at the text message, Eloise Thompson's eyes fluttered.

It is Reeva Lawson.

Reeva Lawson said she was in front of the block below Eloise Thompson's house and wanted to talk to her.

Eloise Thompson stared blankly at her phone, probably knowing in her heart why Reeva Lawson had asked for her.

She likes Hector Rogers, but Hector Rogers and herself... Eloise Thompson understands that Reeva Lawson has probably wanted to talk to herself for a long time!
