Chapter 324: Reeva Captured

The Lawson Group story was so widely reported that some economists even asserted that the Lawson Group would not last this time. Over time, Lawson Group employees resigned and left the company.

"Reeva, are you all right?" Magen looked at her worriedly.

"Reeva, will you tell me, please?" Magen came around to her, crouched down, and tilted his head to look deeply at her.

"Let's go back to the country." Reeva said calmly.

Magen looked at her quietly for a long time before nodding, "Yes, let's go back to the country."

And so it was that they flew back to City J after only being out of the country for less than two days.

On receiving the news that Reeva was returning to the country, the police immediately sent someone to the airport ready to make an arrest at any time. Hector also went.

Reeva came out, and when she saw Hector in the crowd, her footsteps stopped and her eyes locked on him.

At that, Reeva lowered her head and smiled to herself, looking despondent, "But it wasn't to be, you ended up choosing Eloise, the woman who was inferior to me in everything."

There was silence around the room and Reeva kept her head down without saying another word.

"Finished?" Hector finally spoke.

But the voice was cold, without a trace of warmth.

Despite knowing he would loathe himself, Reeva's heart couldn't help but ache at the sound of such a voice.

She let out a low laugh.

Hector's sword frowned.

"Hector," she snapped her head up, "I can plead guilty, but will you leave the Lawson family alone."

She knew he was dealing with the Lawson family this time to force himself to show up, and now that she was back, it was time for him to call it quits.

Hector narrowed his eyes, a coldness in them, "You don't have room to make a deal with me."

With those words, he got up and left without looking back, ignoring Reeva's excited shouts.
