Love Comes To Me
Chapter 401: Want to raise another sibling?

Eloise paused, took her hand and pointed to her heart and said word for word, "There is no place for daddy here, not when he threw me out of the Thompson family!"

As Eloise got a little emotional, Hector hastened to wrap his arms around her, shielding her in his embrace, and looked at Josh, "Mr. Josh, my wife said that you are not welcome here, so if you have any sense, you should leave as soon as possible."

The Hector in front of him brought Josh a strong sense of oppression, and Josh knew that if he stayed any longer, he would only be making a fool of himself, but he couldn't leave just yet. "Hector ..."

"Sorry, I don't know you that well yet."

Josh was just about to open his mouth to draw closer to Hector when he was unceremoniously disliked.

He had to change his tone and said, "Mr Hector, please allow me to have a word with Eloise, Eloise I know what Ela and Agnes did was a bit much at first and I was going to make amends with you for them today. We are all Thompson family, Eloise, so please forgive me, for my age, Eloise, will you forgive Dad?"

"Why should I accept your apology? Is it possible that all the hurt I've suffered in the first place can be wiped out because you're sorry?

Are you in any position to ask me for forgiveness? I'm sorry, I can't forgive any of that, and I can't accept your apology." Eloise replied very decisively.

Because she felt that Josh's purpose for coming here today was definitely not as simple as an apology.

Josh was at a loss for words. He had thought that he could get Eloise to forgive him by using some bitter tricks, but he did not expect that Eloise would be so strong now.

Seeing that he couldn't talk to Eloise, Josh turned his attention to Hector.

"So Mr Hector can I talk to you?"

Finally showing her tail, Eloise grunted, she knew he was up to no good.

She stepped directly between the two men and replied in a cold voice, "There's nothing to talk to you about."

Before Josh could say anything else, Eloise dragged Hector out of the hospital.

Josh was a man who had always put his interests first, and he had come to us because the Thompson family was in trouble.

Back in the car, Eloise was a little sullen and Hector soothed her, "Don't be upset about him, there are a lot of my people in the hospital and even if Josh wanted to do something, it would be impossible."

Eloise sniffed and lay back in Hector's arms, clutching his palm, "I know, but the thought of him using my mother as a front to get to you makes me sick inside."

Seeing Eloise's pout, Hector found it adorable and kissed her directly, causing Eloise to be surprised and ashamed.

She looked at the driver sitting in front of her to make sure he hadn't noticed anything and then put her mind at ease. She gave Hector a stern look and whispered, "There are other people here, it would be bad if they saw us." Hector laughed and didn't say anything, and the driver was kind enough to drop the back flap.

The driver was on pins and needles, he could feel the sharp eyes of his boss in the back and even though he had lowered the flap, he was still obliged to keep his eyes on the front and not to deviate from it.

Eloise was even more shy at the sight of the lowered flap, her words must have been overheard by the driver, and she gave Hector two blank looks before not looking at him again.

Lying on Hector's lap, Eloise was a little drowsy, the breeze outside the car brushing her cheeks was so pleasant that she couldn't help but want to stay like this forever. "Lazy little piggy is getting home, wake up."

Hector gave Eloise a gentle shake and Eloise woke up slowly.

"Well, it's already here." She rubbed her eyes sleepily.

Hector couldn't get enough of the way she looked when she had just woken up, it was so cute.

He got out of the car first, and before Eloise could react, picked her up by the waist, causing Eloise to gasp.

The Rogers family's servants were envious at the sight of the two of them entering the front door, not realising that their prince would be so fond of his young lady. Solomon was playing with Hector's mother and couldn't help but giggle when he saw Eloise being carried home, and Hector's mother couldn't stop giggling at the sight. "Mummy's so shy, she needs to be carried by Daddy when she's such a big girl."

Eloise was spat out by Solomon just as she sat down.

At Solomon's comment, Eloise's face turned even redder and she gave Hector an angry glare and explained, "I was just so tired..."

The smile on Hector's mother's lips grew even bigger as she said this, and Eloise couldn't help but feel as if she was making it worse, causing her some embarrassment. Finally Hector said, "Eloise is a bit tired today, I'll take her to rest."

"No! Daddy you can't take Mummy from Solomon, you've been hogging it all day." Solomon protested just as Eloise was about to go upstairs.

But how could he beat Hector, who just grabbed Solomon by the collar and threw him straight onto the sofa, threatening, "You're growing up, you need to learn to be independent. If you don't behave, I won't let you sleep with Mummy."

"Good boy Solomon, your daddy and mummy have a big job to do, does Solomon want a younger sibling?"

Hector's mother naturally understood what her son meant and pulled Solomon over to coax him.

"Yes!" Solomon was so excited that he played with Hector's mother.

Back in the room, Hector looked at Eloise with ambiguous eyes, and Eloise felt a little creeped out by the way he was staring at her.

To prevent Hector from going bestial, Eloise hurriedly ran under the covers and wrapped herself up tightly, leaving only a small brain on the outside.

"Are you an ostrich?" Hector was a little speechless to see her like this.

"Not at all, it's just safer this way." Eloise winked.

"How about this?" Hector wrapped his arms around Eloise on the bed and ripped the covers off her, looking at Eloise with a triple gangly grin.

Due to the disparity in strength, Eloise was instantly defeated.

...

By the time Hector let her go, Eloise was drained of energy and lying lazily in Hector's arms.

She couldn't help but think about what had happened this afternoon and said, "Hector, you said Josh came to see you all of a sudden, is there some kind of trouble at the office."

Hector thought for a moment and said, "I think he's having some problems with his company, and I'm afraid the Thompson Group will soon be changing its name to the Gardner Group." Eloise was surprised to hear this and asked, "How can that be, aren't the Thompson family and the Gardner family in-laws?"
